Trevligt hotell med mycket bra läge och ändå lugnt. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket bra frukost.

The view was spectacular and the location was excellent. Our room was extremely large and had comfortable furnishings. The breakfast had a decent selection and plentiful food, but the food was mediocre. It was the only downside to our stay, but I would still stay here again in a heartbeat,

Beautifully appointed hotel with a prime location for easy access to the Charles Palace Bridge as well as Old Town. The room felt like a mini suite, and breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!

Chambre et salle de bain propre. La salle de petit déjeuner très grande et suffisante pour le nombre de clients. Petit déjeuner copieux et diversifié, il y a vraiment de tout. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour les visites, tout est près et facile d'accès. Le personnel aimable, souriant et serviable. Je recommande parfaitement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Prague

The property was very clean and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Great selection at breakfast, that did change daily, during our 3 day stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. A very charming hotel perfectly located with quick access to all the sites, cafes and dining. The breakfast was incredible and exceeded my expectations.

The location close to Charles Bridge and within walking distance of many Prague Old Town attractions was ideal. The staff were especially helpful. My luggage was delayed. Speaking excellent English, they helped me notify the airline, arranged for delivery to the hotel, provided a much-appreciated bag of "rescue toiletries", and soothed my frayed nerves. A full hot breakfast buffet was included. It was delicious!

Das Personal an der Rezeption spricht zum Teil gut Deutsch, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielseitig. Der Straßenlärm ist trotz geschlossener Fenster sehr zu hören, dafür ist die Lage perfekt.

The location of this hotel could not be better. Central for sightseeing but tucked in a backstreet that is quiet at night. The view toward the river is spectacular. The room we had was spacious and functional, although the furnishings were a bit tired. Plentiful hot water and pressure. Wifi did not work well in our room and hotel staff did not resolve that. There was a problem with the card key to our room and we had to get a real key instead. Elevators did not work on and off. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay again because of the fantastic location.

För ett femstjärnigt hotel så var rummet litet, likaså badrummet. Frukosten var inget att skryta med.
