For a one night stay, we were pleased with the accommodations as well as the complimentary breakfast.

The staff were helpful and the hotel clean and well maintained. Well situated for Udine's sites. The only negative was being able to hear the conversations in the room next door and the noise from the hallways. Better sound proofing would be a benefit.

Struttura semplice ma funzionale. Vicina al centro e con disponibilità di parcheggio. Ottima pulizia. Unica pecca l'assenza di aerazione nel bagno.

Séjour de trois nuits. En arrivant avons signalé un problème d'écoulement sur la vasque et un problème de débit sur la douche. Avons réitéré à trois reprises ces sujets sans aucune intervention. Bref, la notion de service et de confort sont des sujets secondaires dans cet hôtel.

Last minute booking to Udine, booked this hotel BB, very clean hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, shower cubicle a little on the small side and the AC to the room wasn’t sufficient to cool the room to a comfortable level, but this was during a heatwave.

The hotel was located only 10 minutes from the old town, bed was fine but the air con wasn’t the best. We came with dog and if you do want to take the dog for breakfast you are not allowed. Other then that was good stay because people were friendly and was comfortable.

Sköna sängar. Ganska lyhört från korridor och andra rum, men vi stördes inte av det. Enkel frukost.

Perfect stay for a couple of nights visiting Udine and surrounding areas. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to the city centre. Staff at the reception are professional and helpful. Nice having the option of having breakfast in the morning.

Unfreundliches Personal sagt Dinge die nicht stimmen, es gibt keine Überwachungskameras bei den Fahrrädern, Dach im Stiegenhaus hat ein Loch wo es rein regnet, Zimmer im 5 Stock sind nur durch eine Stiege erreichbar, Aufzug fährt nur bis in den4. Stock, im 5. Stock ist es aber durch den Lift sehr laut, dort dürfte der Antrieb sein, Zimmer sind hellhörig, das Bett ist sehr hart und im Bad klebte alles, die Spülung hört man oft und die Dusche hat einen Duschvorhang, der eher unhygienisch ist

Excellent sejour. Personnel agréable. Chambre de taille convenable. Petit déjeuner correct. Bien situé. A une vingtaine de minutes du centre-ville. Parking gratuit appréciable.

Hotel was nice and affordable rate, room was just fine, although took a good while to get it cooled down as the air con wasn’t on beforehand. Overall we were happy with our stay and the staff was friendly and helpful 🙂 Would stay another time also when visiting Udine.

Terrible bed in 514 under the roof, avoid rooftop apartments at all cost, aircondition cannot cool the room at all. Good breakfast.
