For the price it's ok. Breakfast is good and staff are very nice and helpful.

Highly recommended for those seeking hospitality and breakfast included! The staff is amazing , they are a 5 star “ gem”. The location is perfect for exploring the town of Turnhout or catching a train to the next town . Without a hesitation , I highly recommend Turnhout City Hotel .

Very Nice hotel I always book Room with balcony. The staff is so friendly and helpful. In walking distance to supermarked and restaurant if travelling with car you can call and book parking space on the other side of the street.

The staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough for you. The room was clean and comfortable with a few extras added. Good location. Perfect for what we needed.

Unfortunately other guests who was staying at the hotel ruined our stay due to their late night behaviours - loud, drunk, disrespectful contact towards other guests as well as the hotel management.

Uitstekend ontbijt. Net hotel. Kleine wandeling naar centrum. De bedden zijn niet goed. Zeker niet als je op een eenpersoons bed slaapt. Kamers zijn vrij klein. Wij zaten aan t spoor met nauwelijks een raam. Daarnaast kan t spoor vrij lawaaiig zijn.

Hôtel confortable mais déception sur certains point, les réceptionniste ne parlent pas français alors que c’était noté sur la fiche et le site de l’établissement, pas de frigo dans la chambre pour ma part la N5 alors que c’était mentionné qu’il y en avait. Et cerise sur le gâteau, j’ai payé 15e pour la présence de mon chien alors que j’avais choisit cet hôtel pour l’acceptation de celui ci, mais aucune info de prix ni sur le site ni sur hôtel.com, je trouve ce prix très exagéré. De plus l’hôtel étant à proximité immédiate de la gare les fenêtres de chambres sont à 2m le la voix donc le bruit incessant des trains et bus qui passe… je met 3 étoiles pour la qualités de la chambre sinon je mettrais même encore moins.
