It was wonderful. Great place and convenient to what I was going to see.

They need to make sure everything is in working order and the shampoo and body wash are full. Our phone and second tv did not work. I tripped on the carpet in the hallway, and couldn’t find bedding for the couch

Restaurant/Bar deserves the owners attention

When we first got to our room, I noticed the mirror on the wall in the living room area wasn’t attached to the wall. The was a concern given our 18 month old. There was also a chunk of wood taken out of the “divider”. We informed the front desk and they promptly moved us to a new room. In the new room, we found a chunk of wood to be missing in the same spot but no other concerns. One night, we picked up pizza and we’re going to eat in the lobby area as it was empty and it’s difficult to eat in a hotel room with no highchair with a family of 6. We were informed by the restaurant attendant that we were not welcome to eat there as they were still open. (Again, not a single person there eating and they were “closing” in 30 minutes). The pool door needs fixing as it doesn’t want to read the hotel keys. The manager was aware but they hadn’t been able to get it fixed. The pool was a good temperature and has steps to walk in. We loved that it was large so the kids could actually play with their swim toys. The hot tub was also large and a good size. We enjoyed the courtyard area that connected with the hotel next door (we were there for sports games so it was nice to have a central location for all us parents to socialize). There’s a fire pit and plenty of chairs. Overall, the hotel accommodated our family size but it would have been much more convenient to have a lobby that we were welcome to eat in.

It was nice. I requested a walk in shower did not get it. Need a hand held shower head. The grab bars needs to be on both ends of the bathtub, if not a walk in shower.

Great location and staff! The place has become in need of a remodel/repair and the rooms had no soap or shampoo in them.

I would have given a higher score but I found it troubling as a guest that in the lobby bar area that when I requested to watch something other than the weather channel my request was denied and told I’d have to go to my room to watch something else. Kind of ridiculous in my opinion. I travel a lot for work and have never heard of something like this before as a guest paying for a service.

It was our first time staying here and it was so enjoyable! We loved the room and the swimming pool always had fresh towels which was nice. Will be returning for sure

I tried to contact them about cancelling due to a family circumstance so i could make my insurance claim to get reimbursed for the more than $400 that I paid but cant afford.to loose. No one replied to my messages so now I am unable to make my claim.
