Clean & Quiet at a ver affordable price!

The room was convenient, clean and comfortable & quiet which was all good - just no internet/wifi for the whole period of stay 2 nights. I mentioned it to the clerk & also added that I wasn't overly worried about it & the response was that it was probably the internet signal isn't very strong - which the tv kept repeating and not connecting. All good bar the internet/no tv etc

As always, a pleasure to stay. Check-in message is smooth, car park is great and room is clean and tidy.

Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers.

Clean room, undercover parking, handy to shops and eateries and also railway station. Full sized fridge. Room getting a bit tired and only just enough room for two suitcases.

We recently stayed at Nesuto Apartment Hotel Pennant Hills for 7 nights. While the apartment itself was spacious and the rooms were a good size for our stay, there were several issues that impacted our experience. Unfortunately, our room was not serviced at all during the week. Towels were never changed, and we had to call and request clean ones while the used towels remained on the bathroom floor for the entire stay. This was disappointing and not what we expected from a hotel stay. The windows were locked, which meant we had no access to fresh air or ventilation. Additionally, the dishwasher was dirty upon arrival. The buttons were visibly filthy and could have used a proper disinfectant clean to remove the built-up grime. On a positive note, although reception calls are directed through a call centre, the response to our requests was prompt once we made contact. Overall, the apartment was comfortable in terms of space, but improvements in housekeeping and cleanliness would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Aircon didn’t work properly, to compensate another cooling machine was put in the room which just spread dust, tv channels were non existent so you couldn’t watch tv at all, room not cleaned properly: super dusty behind the bed and with beer bottle tops, bed was uncomfortable. Food smells from people cooking food means not good ventilation. Rapidly ageing room and hotel

Convenient and flexible

Hotel looked in need of significant renovation. There were stains on the lobby furniture. In my room there was a spill in the fridge that had not been cleaned up, and there were stains on the carpet. The lack of power points made it difficult to charge my electronics. The bathroom looked worn out, and the bathtub had dents and cracks in the enamel.
