Rhe staff is great. The room was clean. The facilities are nice. The breakfast options are good.

We did not have a chance to have breakfast , we left too early but coffee was always available. They upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost . The staff was really friendly and helpful . The area is a vibrant fun area for young crowds yet the hotel is quiet . Super easy to walk to all areas of interest and very easy to find a taxi, and other types of public transport . Highly recommend .

Great staff

No frills hotel. Perfect neighborhood near Atocha train station. We felt safe walking around. The beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. I would come back to this place! As for the hotel itself, if you are sensitive to sounds, just bring ear plugs. Walls are paper thin but the guests around us were not loud.

Close to many sights of interest, friendly staff. Nice little boutique hotel that was quiet.

Owner was friendly and helpful. Great location near to tourist attractions. Very good breakfast. Traffic was a little loud at night but I slept fine with earplugs.

It was okay, the room and bath very small but everything was clean

The staff was lovely. Close to a 24hr Carrefour. 24hr free coffee in the dining space offered a nice place to mingle and connect with other guests. The breakfast was a nice mix of cereals, milk, yogurt, nuts, Spanish omelet (eggs and potato), pastries, bottled juice. My travel buddy couldn’t make it and they graciously took extra effort to work with Expedia to credit.

Great stay at Artrip. Room was spacious for two single travelers. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was so so compared to other hotels we stayed in Europe. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. Reasonably priced for the hotel.
