Es war herrlich. Trotz Stadtlage ruhig und sehr grün, gepflegt. Man konnte mit dem Shuttle nach Busena ins Partner-Hotel an den Strand fahren. Das Frühstück war auch top und das Personal absolut freundlich. Das war nicht unser letztes Mal. Danke!

We had a nice and comfortable time.

The Hotel is a gemstone! Very well maintained and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and huge plants all over. Everywhere is perfectly cleaned. The room and bathroom was big for being in Japan and beautifully designed as the rest of the hotel. The staff and managers are extremely attentive and very very polite from the bell boys and bell girls to the reception, the waiters, the professional bartenders and housekeeping ladies. It was a pleasure to observe all ages from young to elderly seniors. The breakfast is superb and the buffét has enough options. There are 4-5 different restaurants and we had dinner at both Fanuan and the Spanish La Sima with good service and very tasty food. The gift shop at 1. floor is much better than we have experienced at other hotels and the shop outside the annex has very good quality selections for both women and men. Overall we are super happy with our stay at The Naha Terrace Hotel and want to come back and we will recommend it to all our friends. Did I miss anything? No, but since you asked the guests about it, some teabags in the room would have been nice, but it is a minor detail. Thank you to you all for a lovely stay! 朝食をランチに変更していただきました。 チェックアウト後ゆっくりランチをする事が出来助かりました。

今まで何回か利用しています。 落ち着いていて、清潔で、スタッフも丁寧で快適に過ごせます。 朝食の和食はお気に入りです。 以前バイキング式の洋食にした時レベルの低さに驚きましたが、たまたまそうだったのかもと思い、今回再チャレンジ。 やはり残念な品数と品質です。 卵料理は別に選べたり、卵以外にステーキも選べるのは良い事ですが、全てが高級ホテルの朝食とは思えない品質の低さ。 テーブル用の塩は穴が詰まっていて出てこない。 それ以外は快適なので、是非改善していただきたい。

We arrived after midnight and the staff was great. We originally went to the wrong location but there was a phone to call the concierge. He immediately came to my location and gave me directions to drive to the lobby. He checked our group in quickly, he unloaded our bags from our car and parked it, and brought our bags to our rooms. We had an early check out for our flight the next day so we were even able to schedule the valet to bring our car around at an exact time. This was all free of charge. The room itself was spacious and clean. Our experience at Naha terrace was seamless and I would definitely recommend again. Thank you!

Lovely hotel that’s spacious and quiet. Even though it’s not located in city centre, all the essential amenities are close by, including shopping center and convenience stores. It’s quaint, a bit old school - they still use an actual key to open the room door!! Has a few good restaurants including western Japanese, teppanyaki and Spanish. The Japanese restaurant is my favorite. Staff’s English is limited so thank goodness for translation apps. The Esthetic Centre (spa) for women is very good. Pity it closes early at 6pm. Inside the room, the bed is OK. The bathroom is spacious and the shower has great water pressure. The room window actually opens, which is a luxury. I like that supply pajamas. Complimentary espresso and tea are available. But there is no bedside table which is very strange. I enjoyed myself very much.
