The hotel is adequate for our 3 nights visit to Barcelona. Pros: Location is excellent with easy access to the Gothic Quarter and public transportation. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Cons: Water pressure is weak for showering. I paid for a Deluxe room and it had a small balcony with zero view (facing the walls of the mall next door). I was also disappointed that Hotels.com posted a misleading main photo of the hotel which shows a very nice roof top deck with views of the city. At the hotel I learned that the deck is not accessible by the public.

This hotel was amazing right from check-in. The staff on the front desk were lovely. Our room was beautiful, very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel looks like it does in the pictures. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in this type of city break hotel and offered both cooked breakfast and continental and pastry options. The staff in the breakfast area were the friendliest we’ve encountered- great guest interaction and nothing was a problem. They were so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is also in the perfect location right off the main square in Barcelona and easy walking distance to most activities in the centre.

We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. I asked my 13yr old son what we should rate Room Mate Pau and he immediately did a 10 and I couldn’t agree more. The staff was amazing, friendly, attentive, and accommodating! Special shout out to Joanna who was the sweetest!!!! Everyday we planned on doing breakfast at the hotel but woke up too late, however, we managed to do it on our last day and we regret not doing it sooner! Staff and food was just as great. Our room was comfortable and had a perfect view of the Cathedral of Barcelona. Loved the in room coffee provided and I had two cups every morning! Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect and walking distance to many places and public transportation. The only time we took a cab was when we arrived from the airport, otherwise, it was all walking and public transportation. We even did 2 day trips to Monserrat and Girona! Don’t hesitate and book Room Mate Pau in Barcelona!

快適な宿泊でした。1.立地が最高によく、観光・買物に最適！2.スタッフも笑顔で挨拶してくれます。3.シャワールームの温度、水圧が完璧！4.電気ケトルがあることが何より最高！夜もゆっくりカフェタイムを過ごせます。無料のコーヒーは使用した分を毎日追加してくれました。5.毎日タオル交換、ゴミ捨て、ベッドメイキングがしてあり、とても清潔でした。6.ベッドと枕がふかふかで心地良い。7.初日と最終日にチョコレートとメッセージがベッドに置いてあり、おもてなしの気持ちが嬉しかったです。8.初日のみ無料の水700mlボトルがサービスで置いてありました。9.暖房が26℃から上げられない設定になっていて寒かったですが、毛布をもらうことができました。10.初日トイレットペーパーがセットされてなく、フロントに取りに行きました。予備も含め2つくれました。11.日本のホテルには必ずあるティッシュペーパーは備品にないので、各自用意してください。

シャワーの水圧が弱いのと、お湯の温度が熱くなったり冷たくなったりする。スタッフは気さくな感じが良い。

Very kind of staffs. Allowed keeping luggage after checkout. Hotrl is very close to Aerobus stop from airport. I recommend this hotel.

立地、スタッフ、部屋すべて快適でした。 特にホテルのおもてなしが素晴らしく、到着時にはウェルカムカードとチョコ、クリスマスにはメッセージとお菓子、チェックアウト前日にはアディオスカードとお菓子がベットメイキング後に置かれていました。 フロントスタッフも皆さん感じが良く、とても気持ち良く過ごせました。 またバルセロナに来た時はこのホテルに泊まりたいと心から思いました。
