I recently stayed at 9Hotel Mercy in Lisbon. While the location is excellent, my overall experience was disappointing due to issues with the accommodation and poor handling by management. We booked two suites on the 6th floor (Rooms 601 and 602) for our family, which included three children. Upon checking in, we discovered that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not functioning. Despite several attempts by the front desk to resolve the issue remotely, it remained unresolved. By midnight, we were forced to move all three kids into our room, which resulted in a very uncomfortable and disrupted night. I even had to assist staff with moving the bedding at 1 a.m., which was far from ideal. The next morning, I requested a full refund for the unusable room, which cost around 300 EUR. However, the General Manager offered only a partial refund of 67 EUR, citing the alternative room they had proposed (despite it being a lower category and on a different floor). This response was unsatisfactory and failed to consider the significant inconvenience and disruption we experienced. Throughout my interactions with management, there was a lack of flexibility and understanding. This was particularly disappointing, as I expected a higher level of service and customer care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend 9Hotel Mercy, especially considering the insufficient compensation for a room we were unable to use.

Não gostei do hotel, tem uma vibe esquisita... o Saguão Principal tem um cheiro (de algum aromatizador) super enjoativo, os quartos tem uma disposição extremamaente ruim, são super apertados, não da para abrir uma mala grande por exemplo. A vantagem é que a localização é extremamente boa.

We loved this hotel. Close enough to walk to everything in 5 to 15 minutes. The room was clean, and had a fun style. Staff were super helpful. We had minor issue which Paulo the manager fixed immediately. And Rita worked hard to help us organize our stay.

Located in a nice spot with access to transportation, restaurants and bars. Really friendly staff, they generously allowed me to store my bags a night before check-in and were amazing throughout the stay. I forget names, but I think it was Suzanne who assisted me initially. Everuone was lovely. Ah - the breakfast buffet is REAL - has great options and is not a sham as many places offer.

This property is well located and walkable to a lot of Lisbon’s attractions. The rooms were clean and quiet, but a little dark. We did purchase breakfast but the service was reduced due to a kitchen fire that happened before our arrival. Not their fault but that did change some of our plans. Overall our stay was great and we would stay there again!

Modern hotel in a lovely location. Near restaurants, bars, and sight seeing locations. Highly recommend if you’re walking around Lisbon. I’d stay here again.

The hotel is not as pictured. There is no bar or restaurant or rooftop availability. To My understanding there had been a fire in the restaurant area a few weeks before our stay and it was not disclosed at the time of booking (not sure if this is expedias problem) and the hotel agent wasn't too empathetic to my concern. Also the rooftop wasn't open either, she stated it's seasonal (also not mentioned in details of hotel). Small room. The area is close to shops but it's also loud late night from partiers.

Hotel in posizione strategica a 234 scalini da piazza Rossio (10 minuti a piedi);Camera piccola e poco pulita,per 2 sere siamo rimasti senza bagnoschiuma,andando alla reception non hanno saputo risolvere il problema.Colazione scadente.Unica nota positiva alla spalle dell'hotel c'è un buon ristorante

Friendly staff , great location

Hotel in zona cómoda per visitare la città. Non mi sono sentito ben accolto dal personale freddo e disinteressato al check in, soprattutto da una signora. La stanza di dimensioni adeguate ha problemi con la ventilazione nel bagno dove la ventola é rotta e ha creato muffa sul soffitto, il materasso sfondato ai lati ma buone le pulizie e le bevande calde sempre offerte sia in camera che in reception.
