Over all great. Not 5 star hotel

Wow what a breath taking place! Magical spot in Naxos! So close to the beach and restaurants!

The staff were amazing especially Antonia so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also wonderful .

Nothing short of amazing. Perfect location to Prokopios beach which is full of shops/restaurants and beach access. You can take a bus to downtown (Old Town) or to Plaka Beach within minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful with laundry, car rental info, taxi back to port, beach towels, etc. The rooftop has breakfast and dinner options. The room was spacious and cozy. This will be our hotel when we return to Naxos!

The entire staff was so very friendly and helpful from the moment of our arrival to the day of our departure. They patiently answered all of our questions and also provided helpful suggestions. In summary, they were fantastic.

What a fantastic hotel. We had such a nice stay. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. We had a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely and the location is fantastic, you’re literally 2 minutes from the beach. Can’t recommend highly enough!

This is a good hotel and the staff are helpful and friendly but the facilities are not five star and the rooms are tired.

We had a great stay! Rooms are big and have everything you need. The staff are incredibly attentive and nice! They will even bring coffee to your room in the morning. Breakfast is included and is quite good! You cannot beat this location as you are practically on the beach and can walk to tons of shops and restaurants!

overall, the staff was very nice and helpful. However, this property is falsely marketed as a five star hotel. I would estimate as closer to a three star. It is old, outdated, and the quality of linens were poor. That is clearly totally fine however it should not be advertised as something that it’s not. It is overrated, and very expensive for what you receive.

I stayed 5 days with my partner and it was an amazing experience. The facilities are great, specially the rooftop pool. The rooms are very clean, the food of the restaurant is amazing but what sets this place on another level it's the people working there. Everyone is incredibly nice and attentive, especially Stefanos and Christos. We went on a half board reservation and every day we were greeted both for breakfast and dinner by them, they recommended us plates in the hotel restaurant, were available for any special request and treated us like royalty. Also they recommended plans and things to visit for our whole time there. If I come back to Naxos, I'll sure be going again to this hotel.
