A hotel very dedicated to sustainability. Staff always went above and beyond even for the simplest request. Breakfast was always good and very filling. Rooms had plenty of storage. Bathrooms very nice. The view from the rooftop is unbelieveable.

A localização é muito boa. Perto do porto (museu da Matinha e Plaza de Colón) e do Barrio Gótico, que é excelente para passeio e comida, sem contar com a Catedral de Barcelona. Entretanto, não é um hotel de luxo como vendido nas fotos. A piscina no Rooftop é gelada, sem aquecimento, o que tira o encanto de um Rooftop tão lindo. Bom hotel mas não justifica ser do mesmo preço do Riu Madrid Plaza de España

Le service en général était excellent et une belle proximité des lieux populaires tels que la Rambla et les boutiques. Le point de vue de la piscine au 11eme étage est magnifique ! Ce qui nous a déplu, c’est la belle piscine qui n’était pas chauffée et le fait qu’il n’y ait pas de frigo et de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres. Très bien en général !

Chambres propres

Chambre très propre, personnel accueillant et aimable. Localisation idéale pour une croisière. Je recommande sans aucun doute!

Très très bien accueilli malgré que nous sommes arrivé avant 16hrs. Les employés nous ont accueilli en français. Très très propre. Le déjeuner était très bon et vaut vraiment la peine car les restaurants à Barcelone n’ouvre pas avant 8hrs le matin et il y en a peu d’ouvert.la seule petite chose qui nous a manqué est un petit frigo dans notre chambre et des débarbouillettes.

The room was not ready when I got there and I had to put my stuff in the locker, which was quite hard because I had a lot of luggage. I’d like that the hotel was energy, efficient and that they recycle staff was friendly.

Pool area is very small with only 5 chairs. Staff was pleasant and helpful getting around the city with good recommendations. Hotel is Very well located for walking almost anywhere you want to visit. I would stay there again.

War ein wunderschönes grosses Zimmer Familienzimmer. Der Aussenpool mit der Aussicht war atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war okey.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great location close to the port and an excellent luggage room. Highly reccomend.

Our stay for 2 days was average. Good location. An average size room, wooden floor, old towels, no facecloths, no glasses, no small fridge. Breakfast was to be included but the property charged 9 Euros each. the floor were wooden (very good) but when walking barefooted, out feet were dirty so they had not been washed for quite awhile, The other issue is why, almost all the times, booking with Expedia, we are given probably the worse room in the building (lower floor, overlooking the parking lot etc,,)

Overall, it was a wonderful central hotel

Lovely clean hotel.

Die Ankunft war schon sehr angenehm, das Personal hat sich viel Zeit genommen und uns viel erklärt. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Frühstück ausgesprochen gut von vegetarisch bis Rührei mit gutem knusprigen Schinken. Der Außenpool hat uns mit seiner wunderschönen Aussicht über Barcelona belohnt. Alles in allem Spitze!

Great breakfast - fresh and clean and many choices

Good hotel, modern looks and vibe. Very friendly personal, loved the breakfast facilities, variety of food and the spacious terrace. Facilities: gym (limited), pool (super nice views and really small pool). Well organized and spacious room for luggage storage including lockers.
