Rooms were clean but are dated. Staff was great. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Only issue was that we happened to be there at same time as a number of hockey teams. So lots of noise, running up and down the halls and banging of doors. Management was good at shutting it down at a reasonable time.

I received a cold welcome from a young woman who didn't respect my request; on the contrary, she went against it. However, this was quickly rectified by another receptionist, a young man, who provided excellent customer service. The pool was heated, clean, and quiet. The room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi needs improvement.

Personnel très peu courtois et accueillant, mais les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Bon choix d'hôtel côté qualité/prix pour un séjour de courte duré. Emplacement parfait, mais manque de stationnement.

Staff unflexible to check me in before 4pm “I can’t remember if any hotel every refused that to me in 12 years of traveling for work”. Hair dryer wasn’t working.

L’eau de la douche était tiède. Pas beaucoup d’eau chaude

Reçu mauvaises informations et mauvaise chambre. Me faire traiter de madame mêlée car ma carte ne fonctionne pas pour la chambre qui m’a été assignée. La température de la chambre était à 31°! Chaleur suffoquante en entrant à l’intérieur. Je ne crois pas retourner à cette hôtel

It’s a beautiful hotel . Staff aren’t to friendly though and no on warns you that theirs a deposit when you check it , they just take it off your card . At least warn us when we book the room , thank you

Breakfast should have been included, beds should have been made. Keys stopped working after the first day and needed to be renewed.

Isolation médiocre, on entent les voisins parler. Les portes font bcp de bruit donc pour dormir paisiblement on repassera…les oreillers ne sont pas confortables. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas à recommander pour l’attente treeeeeeees longue de prise de commande et de service. Y a des hôtel bcp mieux à Sherbrooke pour le prix ou moins cher
