Cama blanda, habitación vieja y con los muebles rotos. Esperaba mucho más de un Petit Palace por otras experiencias en la cadena hotelera.

Lo mejor es que puedes ir al museo del prado caminando y a buena hora para aprovechar mas el tiempo. Desayuno delicioso y trato de primera.

Rey and staff were outstanding. We always felt welcomed by all. Would definitely return to stay here. The room is perfect for a couple and two young kids, my 17yo would have benefited from a bigger bed than the bunkbed but it was only 2 nights so it wasn't too bad. The Retiro park is less than two blocks away. A pharmacy is an around the corner; they were very helpful when we needed medicine for my kid who got sick.

Great location and nice hotel with great staff. Not too many places to eat right around the hotel but many within easy walking distance.

Staff was over helpful and kind. The balcony rooms were beautiful. Will go and stay again.

Quaint hotel. We really liked the space. It was a great location--very quiet but close to the park and the Prado Museum. Our room had bunk beds which made it perfect for our family of four. The only drawback of the room was that the bathroom had a really off-putting musty smell. It made me question the cleanliness. It might have just been the room we were in. Overall it was a good stay.

It's located in an unbeatable area of ​​Madrid. Very accessible yet quiet. One block from the Prado Museum. The hotel is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. We've stayed at other hotels in Madrid, but this one is definitely our favorite.

This hotel is in a great location for visiting the park and the Prado!

Boa localização. Bom banheiro. Ótima variedade no café da manhã. Solicitei um quarto perto do elevador e me colocaram o mais longe possível. Poucas mesas e funcionários trabalhando no café da manhã. Poucas tomadas para carregar celular e computador. Televisão pequena. O ar condicionado não funciona. Chão muito empoeirado. A cama beliche range.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The family room were a great option for us. The place could be spruced up a bit and the bunk bed we had squeaked a lot. Also, the underside of the main bed does not look like it has seen a vacuum in quite a while. The location and cost we perfect for us!
