Bare bones hotel. Large rooms. When checking in the host didn't really pay attention to the things we were saying, otherwise a good no-frills experience.

We were on 1st floor and room was considerable distance from stairs & lift. Remember to request a more suitable location next your time. Otherwise this hotel is well suited for our needs when visiting family in Surrey.

Drunk male receptionist took ages to check us in , then given me a room I haven’t book . I have booked one family large room 145 - two green standing single beds and double bed room and I was given one double bed , one single and pull out of this bed to sleep on the floor type matrasse bed , when I questioned this he said that I was suppose to be told this when booked - nonsense I booked via this page with photos of the room - freestanding two single beds !!!

The fella on the reception desk is lovely.. he remembered me from past visits.. always had time for a chat! Didn't catch his name .. sorry

Amazing place staff super friendly

Comfortable beds and well priced for the area. Good facilities i nthe services. Bathroom was not the cleanest, and breakfast was overpriced for what it was - especially given the charge for the children vs what was on offer, how much they ate and the refusal to cook eggs fresh for them.

Rooms were great,Parking was free,Staff very helpful, breakfast was value for money, small bar area did not have a toilet which should be addressed

The staff were so lovely. I don't think we've stayed somewhere with such lovely, happy staff! Fab, peaceful room, and so many places to eat!

The check in was very good and the room was very clean and in a quiet part of the hotel. You can park outside of the hotel and it is free

Short stay. Arrived late. Left early. Very comfortable and very reasonably priced. Better than staying at Gatwick and paying 3 times the price. 15-20 mins drive.

Every thing I expected ,,, an ease free stay ,, well worth the money

We booked a family room and the electrics weren't working so had to be moved and due to no other suitable family room available, we had to split up and be in 2 separate rooms. This was not ideal and made it very difficult for us as a family.

The air con was amazing , lovely size room for a family , the shower was too small

Room was clean, perfect for a stay over before going to the theme parks.

Convenient location with free parking, I stayed at this hotel every time when I visited my friends in Surrey.
