Tried to call numberous times ahead of stay for online check-in - no response. On arrival, we were advised due to a power cut that there was no TVs working, but this would be resolved within 3 hours. It never got resolved. The rooms have no Wi-Fi if you are at the end of the coridoor, despite a new booster being placed that week. There is no phone signal so you really feel stranded. Finally, there are no phones in the room and when you ring the hotel number, they never pick up and so you have to keep going back and forth to reception. Overall a very disappointing stay.
