Nice hotel in a convenient location, very close & walkable to all attractions in Lisbon, nice neighbourhood, all stuffs in the room are provided esp. with the daily drinking water, very plenty & variety of breakfast every morning, all are made fresh daily esp. with the pastries & breads, and newly baked egg tarts every morning, with fresh fruits & juices, these are really superb, also with the friendly staffs in the dining room & the front desk. Will definitely come back to stay here again for my visit in Lisbon.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage. Ein großer Bahnhof ist in etwa 5–7 Gehminuten erreichbar, und auch das Stadtzentrum lässt sich bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem Personal, das durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Abstriche gibt es jedoch bei der Zimmerausstattung, die für ein 4-Sterne-Haus nicht ganz angemessen scheint. Im Badezimmer fehlten einige Standard-Artikel sowie ausreichende Ablageflächen. Zudem war die Temperaturregulierung der Dusche problematisch: Es dauerte sehr lange, bis lauwarmes Wasser verfügbar war – meist ließ sich nur zwischen sehr heiß und kalt wählen. Auch beim Frühstücksbuffet hätte ich mir mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Während der Auswahl an sich solide ist, fehlte es nach einigen Tagen an Variation. Besonders bei der Obst- und Gemüseauswahl (z. B. Paprika, Äpfel oder Kiwi) wäre mehr Vielfalt wünschenswert, statt täglich nur Melone und Ananas anzubieten.

Super beliggenhed og i tip top stand

Such a lovely hotel in a wonderful spot by the Largo do Carmo. Bernard, the concierge, was absolutely amazing. He actually called us to make sure we were comfortable. And the breakfast (and breakfast room) were delicious.

Clean rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Location was walking distance to a lot of sites. Will definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Easy to locate the hotel from public transport, close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Great location!

Couldn’t ask for more and would stay here again. The room was lovely, with little extras including robe and slippers. Comfortable bed and expensive sheets. Excellent service and they even had a room ready for us when we were only expecting to drop off our bags after an early flight and arrival. Fantastic location, yet quiet for a good nights sleep.

Great location—within easy walking distance of most attractions and the train station. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Note that not all rooms have bathtubs, so be sure to request one if that matters to you, as ours did not include one. Our main issue was with housekeeping service. When we returned from a long day trip after 3 p.m., our room had not yet been cleaned. We called the front desk and asked if we could step out for a drink while the room was serviced over the next half hour, and they agreed. However, when we checked back, the room still had not been cleaned. At that point, a housekeeper came down and had a loud disagreement with the front desk in front of us, with some comments seemingly directed at us about patience. We were then told the room would be serviced only after the housekeeper took a break, which was disappointing after a long day out. To their credit, it was done quicker with a more receptive housekeeper.

Positive: there were Shops & restaurants near-by. Negative : Hotel located on very narrow street, hard to navigate to by car/taxi; steep street - many steps to climb to get back to Hotel from the main square attractions and restaurants.
