Room is pretty small but fully equipped. Breakfast should be more variety.

Hotel muito bom. Minha estadia só não foi perfeita porque embora eu tenha reservado um quarto com vista para o lago, me ofereceram um no segundo andar onde a vista era obstruída pelas árvores. Embora eu tenha solicitado a troca para um andar mais alto, pois eu ficaria 8 noites no hotel, me foi dito que todas as outras acomodações estariam ocupadas por todos esses dias (o que com certeza não era verdade). Outro ponto para não ter sido uma estadia perfeita foi o café da manhã... para ser um café excelente falta muito pouco... mais sucos, frutas frescas, um toque mais americano talvez. Mais mesmo assim voltarei a ficar no hotel pois o custo benefício e localização me agradam.

The location was excellent and the view of Lake Geneva. Close to good shopping and Train Station.

The room was nice... clean and quiet, but would benefit from blackout curtains as the room was very light as soon as the sun rose. Staff were quite rude, including at check-in and at the bar... I was ignored multiple times.

Hôtel très bien placé ,les chambres sont correctes ,la literie moyenne ,le personnel efficace . Changement de chambre avec surclassement ( fraises et framboises de bienvenue )suite à une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain .le restaurant excellent . La salle de gym ferme à 22h . Je recommande cet établissement malgré le problème qui a été rapidement réglé.

Great property by old town. I had a Lakeview room which was wonderful. I cut my foot on some broken glass in the room which was unfortunate but otherwise nice facility.

Not so good and I would not stay again

Stayed in this hotel for a number of nights. I had booked one night by mistake the week after the original stay and hotel refused to give me a refund. Better hotels to stay in for the same costs - Carlton is better.

Centrally located. Nice and professional staff. Good price. Exceedingly clean. Close to the Metro stop. Kinda perfect. We ate great Lebanese, Vietnamese, and traditional Swiss food all within five minutes of this hotel. Very cool area of town. Make sure to check your messages and notifications in the hotels.com app a few days before check in for your free Lausanne travel pass. We didn’t realize we had the pass in our phone when we arrived in Lausanne, and took an Uber from the port to the hotel. No big deal, but we could have just jumped the Metro for free if we had realized we had already received the pass.

The hotel was in a perfect place to visit Lausanne. It’s was clean and had a great breakfast. My only issue was the front desk staff could be a little more friendly. 😐
