Beautiful beach front

We had a horrible experience and will not come back unless someone can for once act like they care about the experience we had, everyone we have spoke to has brushed us and our concerns off , our kids were not able to watch tv the whole time and no one seemed worried about it. Our jacuzzi in the tub did not work our first night there. The door to separate the bathroom and the living room would not shut. We were also charged fees on our card on file that we was not told about at check in . The kids splash pad barely worked . I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone , and we would like a partial refund for all of the stuff that did not work at our 2 night stay and the staff that did not care to make this a priority and good experience for me and my family. We are highly upset and not satisfied at all.

It was my birthday weekend on May 10 and May 11, 2025. Check in was excellent; staff was very friendly and professional. Will come back and stay again it was cozy during our stay! Would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Elevators were down for a couple days. Didn't have water for a day. Staff were nice.

It was a good stay. It was peaceful. The view was great. My only Complaint is that resort fee is $15 per day which is fine. They charge $100 deposit and it is refunded upon check out. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund. I've called 4xs and was told they are working on it. The charge is still pending so they never even processed it. Otherwise perfect little spot and I'd recommend it but if they don't give me my money then its a no.

Beachfront, area is under construction so is difficult to walk around, hopefully it gets better after the construction. Room was comfortable and spacious. I would definitely return.

Very clean spacious no-frills hotel… Operates way more like a condo than a hotel. No breakfast or anything but the place was large and very clean.

Our room was dirty. We had to clean the refrigerator, cabinets, and floors throughout the villa (please see pictures of how dirty the rags were) Also there were food stains on the sofa. More importantly, the hotel kept avoiding us by instructing the employees to that the manager was not on the property and as of today the manager has yet to address our complaint. PLEASE BEWARE THEY AUTHORIZED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR 3 different amounts and on different days. My banks fraud depart called me to alert me of their behavior. I will not let the hotel get away with this and charge us the full amount and we had to clean the villa. I was do a “charge back” from my credit card company. Lastly, BEWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND THE NOISE YOU CAN HEAR FROM SUN UP TIL SUN DOWN. THE HOTEL DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!

Directly on the beach, sunset views from the balcony accompanied by a great play list were appreciated. In suite laundry, although noisy, was useful. Easy access to an amazing beach and a short walk to the pier were also superb.

Great room but the beds were hard and i couldnt get comfortable so didnt sleep well

Dated property but very clean and convenient. We came during Thanksgiving so we didn’t spend much time outside, but the pool area was nice. Would definitely come back during the summer. Front desk girl was super friendly and helpful.
