Hôtel très bien situé, chambre propre et petit déjeuner inclus et très correct. Seul bémol: clim un peu bruyante et bruit de clim a l extérieur mais cela reste supportable

The breakfast each morning was great. Lots of options that really helped to start the day. Friendly staff and the room was clean and well stocked with water and clean towels. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in front of the hotel. But, I know smoking marijuana is level in NY, but it was disappointing that people off of the street, not hotel guests, were coming to the patio and smoking marijuana there. That just seemed inappropriate and each time it happened the smell was overwhelming so we would just leave.

It is in New York so can’t complaint about the value. It was good for the money. But definitely needs upgrade on building and elevators as well as rooms especially bathroom

Posizione ottima x visitare Manhattan, una buona colazione con la possibilità di prendere qualche frutto per la giornata, personale in sala colazione molto presente a reintegrare i vari prodotti. Camere poco curate e personale delle pulizie camere poco professionale. Moquette in camera vecchia e usurata in 8 giorni trascorsi non è mai stata aspirata.

Great place to sightsee NYC

Das Hotel kann von mir nicht weiter empfohlen werden. Das Mobiliar ist alt und abgenutzt. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, ganz anders als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Der Frühstücksraum ähnelt einer Wartehalle und ist sehr ungemütlich. Als Frühstücksgeschirr werden ausschließlich Plastikbestecke, Pappbecher und Pappteller zur Verfügung gestellt. Das angebotene Frühstück war von schlechter Qualität. Einzig positiv war, dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher sauber waren und alles regelmäßig gewechselt wurde. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lies sich zeitweise nicht ausschalten. Auf den Fahrstuhl musste man häufig sehr lange warten. Preis und Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis!

Hotel in posizione centrale. Colazione abbondante con la possibilità di portare via quello che si desidera. Pulizia nella media, prodotti per l'igiene personale disponibili e di ottima qualità

Excellent location. On more than one day elevators were not working. TV went out for one day.

Attention à la photo, l'hôtel a perdu de sa superbe Intérieur tres viellot, les tiroirs du meuble s'ouvraient tout seul! Si vous avez le choix, evitez le premier etage où nous etions car la chambre était particulièrement sombre, des échafaudages sont positionnés en facade Rien à redire sur l'amabilité du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner est complet mais pqs d'une grande qualité gustative avec une quantité d'emballages jetables qui surprend quand on vient de France Cependant un hotel correct pas rapport aux prix constatés dans le quartier, nous sommes à 2 pas de time square et de déplacer dans Manhattan est simpl et très sécure Bon séjour

Hola, excelente la atención de la recepción del hotel. Buen desayuno. La habitación un poco chica para 4 personas. Lo único que no me gusto son las alfombras en los pisos de las habitaciones, creo que hay que eliminarlas, de esa forma darian un mejor aspecto.

Excelente ubicación, personal de lo más atento y servicial. Aunque las instalaciones necesitan una reforma en breve, su limpieza y atención de personal, hacen que eso no tenga importancia . Nos ha gustado mucho estar estos días allí.

Nice, compact, clean. Had everything needed. Great breakfast options and as included in price, was fantastic value.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and our room was decorated with balloons and a Happy Birthday sign.

Excellent hotel! Property is conveniently located in the heart of Midtown. Walkable to most NYC iconic attractions. Customer service was top notch as well as the room. Very comfortable bed and amenities. Breakfast was awesome as well wit lots of varieties. Will gladly come here again for my next stay in NYC!

Small rooms. Key cards needed to constantly be re configured. The gym was a tiny hot room with poor ventilation which made it impossible to use.
