El hotel está muy bonito, los jardines y la alberca también sin embargo el agua de la alberca no está climatizada y es casi imposible meterse a la piscina. Las habitaciones son lindas, solo el colchón no es tan cómodo y las persianas malas entra muchísima luz. El servicio del personal de recepción es pésimo, el gerente Alexander es un grosero, siempre estuvo mal humorado, hicimos dos peticiones y no nos ayudó nada, ni saludaba, actitud fatal. Los otros de recepción igual malos, hice una petición para un detalle de cumpleaños antes de llegar y se les olvidó, un día pedí un jabón porque se acabó el de la habitación y me lo llevaron después de 3 horas, igual un agua tardaron dos horas en llevarmela, de verdad el servicio muy malo. No me volvería a quedar allí por la actitud del personal de recepción. Te cobran como hotel bueno y el personal es malísimo. Sobre todo el gerente como lo mencioné antes. Aunque el hotel es bonito, el servicio no vale la pena.

A very clean hotel with very convincing location. Shopping and dining are in walking distance. The breakfast and dinner food are excellent however, WIFI conditions could be improved, at least no WiFi connection in our room and cellphone signals are very weak 3G. They become accessible and LTE outside of the room. Overall, it’s very good hotel.

Slightly out of the way from the main part of town, which is 1 km walk or bike ride away at altitude, so you may find it a challenge. Property had an outdoor "desert gym" but was only dumbbells. Staff we were very attentive and friendly.

O café da manhã é muito bom! Delicioso! O quarto e bem aconchegante. E o hotel está a 10 minutos da Rua Caracoles.

O quarto era razoavelmente limpo e o wifi não funcionava nele. Não havia possibilidade de receber um “breakfast box” ou um simples café da manhã sem ter que pagar uma taxa de USD25, mesmo tendo pago seu café da manhã na diária. Funcionários pouco flexíveis de modo geral, exceto pelo time do restaurante que era bom.

Sem dúvida alguma, o grande destaque do hotel é justamente a 'hotelaria', da melhor qualidade, com uma equipe bem treinada, um excelente restaurante (dando ênfase ao café da manhã), uma boa área da piscina (que poderia ser aquecida... rsrsrs) e uma arquitetura geral bem adequada ao lugar. Gostaria de parabenizar, em especial, Luis Fernando, que nos atendeu perfeitamente sempre que estivemos no restaurante.

We really enjoyed our stay at Our Habitas Atacama and appreciated how thoughtfully the hotel’s design and aesthetic mirror the surrounding desert landscape. Breakfast was excellent, with a diverse spread and the added bonus of choosing a hot dish from the menu each morning. It was a great way to start full days of exploring. Service and housekeeping throughout our stay were also consistently warm, attentive, and reliable. One of the standout experiences for us was the stargazing offered at the hotel. Being able to step out of our room, sip chamomile tea, and take in an incredibly bright night sky right within the property was truly special experience. We booked our excursions through the hotel’s preferred partner, Trekana, and had a seamless experience. Tours were always on time, guides were knowledgeable, and everything was well organized, allowing us to fully enjoy each outing. As other reviews mention, the hotel is about a 10–12 minute walk from the town center, and the road can be quite dusty. This didn’t bother us at all since we frequently walked into town to shop and dine, but it’s good to be aware of. Overall, we loved having Our Habitas Atacama as our base to explore such a unique region. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

The room was not corresponding with a 4 star hotel and the price. The curtains were broken, in the shower the painting was falling off the wall and the door from the room and out was very difficult to open and there was not other way of getting out of the room - a safety issue in case of fire. I did not look the door for that reason. Staff was helpful.
