The hotel is flawless. The concierges are helpful and friendly, rooms/bathroom are spacious and clean, the in room coffee machine is lovely and well stocked. The breakfast is amazing and serves anything you would ever need for breakfast. It's in a quiet area not in the very centre of Vienna. A short walk about 5 minutes to metro/tram. It's 5 stars without a doubt!

The hotel is perfect! Our trip was 14days and it started from Salzburg, Prague, and spent the last 4 nights in Vienna. The hotel was superb in every aspects that we finished our trip with the most comfortable and relaxing time to be ready to start our busy life again.

As nembers of GHA, We always try to stay at Anantara and mostly it is a right choice!

Antanara FAR exceeded expectations. Gorgeous building, well appointed rooms; fantastic amenities and perfect location. Incredible staff. Special thanks to Martina for problem solving at check in. Also Augustine for being a wonderful doorman. Highly recommend the morning breakfast. The variety and quality of the food was good as anywhere I have had in the world. What really stood out though was the Service. Lindsey the manager was highly attentive and friendly. The hostess Jana knew our names after the first day and greeted us with a big smile every morning. Finally our daily server Moises was a delight. Look this hotel is just great! I travel frequently and this hotel is right at the top of my list with hotel costing 3 times as much!

Too many mistakes in the bills, lack of hygiene, lack of service, bad communication with the staff, the only good team is the valet.

Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a false balcony with no views.
