Had an amazing easter weekend. Pool area was super clean, loved the spa! Our two bedroom townhouse was amazing, great space and super clean

Pool and Coffee shop /greek Restaurant available on site very friendly team. , check in was easy we checked in after hours.. 1 minute walk to the Markets on saturday and 5 minutes walk to Flypoint snorkling reserve..

The staff was friendly and the unit reasonably clean and spacious but the furniture needs updating and the beds were not comfortable.

The location was perfect, minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy and we received a comp upgrade. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Beds super comfortable and plenty of hot water.

The apartment was not clean and this was the case in all rooms, after seeing the filthy kitchen cooking appliances microwave and little electric oven that sits on top of the microwave I decided this is unacceptable and even more unacceptable for the price it was for the two days I was there . So I took photos of all the rooms. This is a first time in my life that I felt I can’t let this go and just ignore this unhygienic situation. Therese Gore

Property is clean, safe and good condition.

Pros The pool is fantastic. The property is central and good walking distance to cafes and parks. Parking was great. Cons The apartment was completely outdated and felt like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a very long time. The floors were filthy, the shower was covered in black mould (I had to wear flip-flops to use it), and the coffee table was broken and dangerous. Even the clothes hoist was broken. The bedroom had makeshift curtains that blocked us from opening the window, meaning there was no air flow at all. We also called ahead to check if BBQs were available and were told yes, but when we went to use them, they didn’t work. Overall, the apartment we stayed in desperately needs a full update and refurbishment. In its current condition, it’s absolutely not worth the price being charged. In saying that, we had friends staying in another apartment & their apartment was clean & everything seemed to be in orderly working condition.

The property is well maintained, and all the required amenities are available within the property.

We enjoyed one night stay as a family. The dishwasher didn't work and the bathroom started smelling bad after the jet bath. It's probably a sewage issue. Other than that we enjoyed walking to the snorkeling spot and Sunday market across the street.

A nice tidy spot only a short drive from central Nelson bay. Pool was great for kids.

The apartment was spacious and there was a good range of appliances and equipment. There was some evidence of wear, eg some taps were difficult to completely turn off and the spa bath nozzles needed replacing although this is scheduled to be addressed in 2025. Also there was no means of locking the sliding door onto the balcony. Checking in was easy but the WiFi code was not provided and it took over 2 hours before this could be sorted as reception was not staffed. Despite this our overall stay was relaxing and the apartment was comfortable.
