Lovely place

Usual high stsndard. No iddues

Quiet hotel with easy access to the wonderful Lickey Hills. Lots of free parking. Lovely breakfast included. Room quite basic but adequate- though shower very small.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel staff are very friendly. I’m very helpful unfortunately the bedding was torn but apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Up to usual standard, the only hiccup was the resturant was late opening so I missed my breakfast.

The rooms are basic but for short stays ideal and for the price a bargain, (from a woman’s point of view they could do with a shelf other than the one beside the bed to put toiletries on in the bedroom and one in the shower cubicle) The rooms are clean and have tv, safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The price of the room included breakfast which was amazing, choice of full English (including black pudding for those who don’t think a full English is a full English without it ) continental or cereals with as much tea/coffee/juice as you can drink. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel..the staff are very welcoming and our room was fantastic..

I upgraded to a double bed because I can't sleep well in a single.they had put me in a single so I went back to reception to complain,the absolute patronising girl tried to tell me that a single bed is also a double 😤, surely the clue is in the name then she spots my walking stick and claims that they put me down stairs because of my disability even though I'd never mentioned anything when I booked.she was a disgrace and I will NEVER stay there again

Breakfast time was cut short leaving us without food or drink for out trip. Staff was very cold and unhelpful.

Perfect stay

Happy with all aspects of my stay. The receptionist was very pleasant and efficient and the chef was very pleasant and the breakfast was wonderful.
