Location is walkable to tourists place, very smooth check in, hotel is neat.

Muy centrico y la mayoria de las cosas que requieres como restaurantes, farmacias, tiendas, mercados, todo esta muy a la mano. Hotel miuy limpio y muy recomendable. Si volvería otra vez.

Muy buena ubicación

La ubicación es lo mejor, el desayuno es rico, aunque solo es americano, pero tienen otras opciones, el servicio muy bueno, son muy amables y siempre están al pendiente, todo en orden.

Location is great as it has shopping and restaurants in the area. Access to Ubers and Taxis. The staff are vert friendly and accessible. Please note the hotel does NOT have air conditioning. The bed mattresses were extremely hard, floor like hard. Also note there is a cathedral across the street and the bells sound frequently. The hotel did provide ear plugs.

La hospitalidad fue buena, nos encantó el cuarto y servicio de desayuno.

Maravillosa estancia. Todo perfecto, seguridad tranquilidad y sobre todo ubicación

Para todos es una hubicacion perfecta, puedes estar tranquilo te muebes entre la gente.

Tuvimos reserva para dos habitaciones, dos noches. Del 13 al 15 de agosto, al ingresar a la recepción llegamos y la recepcionista ni nos volteó a ver, desde su computadora solo dijo, “Si, que necesitan” le di mis datos para la reserva. Supongo que al ver que venía de Expedia intentó cambiar su actitud y ser más cordial. Trabajo en una cadena de hoteles a nivel internacional con base en Cancún y sé de servicio y atención al huésped, en definitiva ella no lo tenía.
