I really like this place , I stayed here a few years ago and the standard has remained high . It’s comfortable ,the staff are friendly and helpful and it’s really good value for money .Breakfast is excellent as is the food generally - had the best steak I’ve had in a long while for dinner .

I have stayed here many times and it does not disappoint. food is excellent and the staff are very welcoming. rooms are well equipped and close to the train station.

Great stopover when walking North Downs Way. Very comfy bed/pillows. Have South African options on menu which was a lovely difference from the norm and tasted great. Even offered to provide us sandwiches for our 20 mile onward trek when we had no place to stop

The Percy Arms couldnt do enough for us, friendly and helpful service and a really good vibe as well as lovely interior in the nedrooms

We had booked one of the function rooms for a family birthday and that was fantastic, the manager went beyond his duties to check we were ok. Room and breakfast were amazing too.

Very pleasant stay with a themed South African bedroom. Lovely staff and food. Would stay again when in the area. Superb English breakfast with fresh filtered coffee.

We received a wonderful welcome from the staff, like old friends. The room was very comfortable. Bed and linen good quality made for a good night sleep. Lovely toiletries in the bathroom and a great shower. We ate at the Percy arms and had a wonderful meal which was a selection of South African food. Again, welcoming and attentive throughout the mail We definitely recommend staying at this place and hope to return very soon.

Great stay!! Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The pub was busy with customers but we found it quiet in the room and during the night. Our room was spacious with a large comfy bed and it was cleaned daily. We liked the food - the ribs and burgers are excellent. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice welcome. Room beautifully presented and comfortable. Really nice local walks. Booked a table for dinner, rump steak was incredible. Bed comfy, shower roomy. Nice breakfast Checkout easy.

The Bunny Chow (it's a dish) was excellent.

Was great in general. small room but well equipped. Restaurant was lovely and breakfast was delicious
