Clean room , comfortable bed Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast

Chose for location, along the North Norfolk Coastal path. Nice room with lots of amenities. Good breakfast, with choices other than just a full English.

Clearly al ot of money has bee spent on the place, resulting in a much more modern and stylish interior, perhaps with a slight loss of character. Food and service were good , even when busy. Outdoor equipment excellent with large play apparatus

Good stay, not many other properties in this location Quite expensive to eat there... £32 for dinner for 1 and a drink Breakfast is good if you like English breakfast and cooked meals... if not you have limited choice.

Great, dog friendly B&B minutes from a fab beach. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and go there again.

Our stay was lovely, the room was adequate in size with a partial see view and was cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. The meals were cooked to a high standard and the breakfasts very tasty. Great outdoor sitting area and play area for children, very short walk to the sea n beach.

We had three nights here... It was lovely. I am a coeliac and they met my needs with no trouble.

Clean and spacious and food nice

The hotel could do with an update, housekeeping a bit hit and miss. Make sure you put used towels in the bath or shower if you want them changed, I mistakenly left them on the floor and they were hung back up wet, really? Breakfast was really bad on the first morning, cold, under-cooked. The second morning was better. No one ever enquires how your stay was, maybe they don’t care? Underwhelming.

We had a very comfortable stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice garden to relax and have drinks. Easy access to the beach , bus & a lovely walk to Cromer via the cliff coastal walk.

Check in was easy the room was clean and comfortable,breakfast was poor the full English was dry and overcooked and the smoked haddock was tasty and very well cooked and presented but it had two hairs which looked like dog hairs in it which was off putting. Having said that I’d rather have a dog hair than a human hair. We asked for toast and had to remind someone and it came out after we had finished breakfast and it was cold and only 3 triangles for the two of us?? The service I felt was very impersonal and a little poor.

Have stayed here many times as usual nothing is too much bother, always polite and friendly. Food excellant. All the staff are excellant. Great location. I always feel relaxed when im here.

Nice pub in a good location, room was clean and comfortable with toiletries provided. Dinner at the pub was lovely, but breakfast offered limited choice. Staff were friendly and helpful

Easy to find , with parking 2 of the fire escapes in the breakfast dining room were obstructed by chairs/tables

Another wonderful two day break at our favourite pub/hotel. Always a pleasure. We will return.

the whole experience was lovely it was our 45th wedding anniversary we also ate there food was smashing quickly served great choice of drink would definately recommend spotlessly clean everywhere

Hi fab hotel close to the beach lovely breakfast and comfortable room apart from we feel the pillows need updating as too low flat and quite hard.

when arriving we were told that the new owners did not expect us and they were renovating so no room for us could not get in touch with previous owners so cost us a lot more money for an other room
