Muy bien

The whole experience was extremely pleasant. Staff were well trained and everything was seamless. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was very welcome. It was noisy with the doors open but with the doors closed at night it was very peaceful. Highly recommend and will be going back.

I like people, who worked there. They tried to accommodate all our needs. Very good breakfast. Room was little bit smaller, Ethen we expect, but it is London

Very English architecture hotel with lots of modern twist but the rooms were very tiny.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and luxurious. We even got a free just of honey, which we really appreciated.

Had the pleasure to spend the night here for my 30th. The staff at reception received us nicely and were very helpful. We got our room upgraded for free and when they found out it was my birthday, a member of staff showed up at our room with a little cake and a candle which I thought was so lovely and kind! Overall it’s been great staying here and would recommend it to anyone! Welcoming staff, clean rooms and great location!

Lovely hotel in a great position on the Cromwell Road. Staff are great. Easy walking distance to many tourist attractions, museums, Royal Albert Hall, Knightsbridge and more. Highly recommended. This was our second stay at this hotel.

Very friendly staff, well appointed, if a little small, rooms. Modern boutique hotel in a good location.

A lovely hotel, close to Kensington and Knightsbridge. Excellent service from the reception team, a lovely bar, and our room was perfect.

Our shower didn’t properly drain for every day of our stay until the last day when we left. Maintenance fixed it once but it somehow got worse. The second time it was fixed it finally worked but we left the next morning. We stood in a pool of our dirt every other time we showered. Some of the staff were very nice. The lobby area was comfortable for our party to sit and hang out in. It’s walking distance to the tube.
