ルーム清掃サービスあまり良くなかった　廊下は騒がしい音が耐えられないです　今回滞在中にとても残念でした

Hotel soweit ok, leider etwas dunkel gestaltet

Nice and clean. Located at shopping center. The only problem is the water for bath tub had black impurity. So i cannt use tub.

Great hotel good location

The staff was very helpful in all my requests. They provide a suite of daily necessities so you don’t need to bring your own - such as, iron, steamer, dental kit, nail clipper etc. all you had to do is ask the guest service. Their layout is slightly odd where you had to go to the higher floors to reach lobby and there was a lot of up and down rides, however, I can see the structure was aimed to be secure as this hotel does have other services (spa, temporary Prada store) available to the public. A special shout out to Nick, Jacob and Jennifer in the reception for their professionalism and customer service!

This hotel’s location is fantastic, tons of restaurants and shops nearby. What differentiates is the services from the staff. The crew makes sure that guests always get the best experiences. Especially Zoey, Zoe, Jessica, and Kevin, who helped me various times during my visit. They made this hotel special.

Hyatt, the name say it all :)

It was a great short stay. The picture window was the biggest surprise, the view too. Very nice in-room dining, food arrived on time and hot. Wish I could stay longer in the city so that I could write more about the club. I did went up to the club floor at the wrong time so no service was performed, but the decoration and the view looked nice. Parking was a little trouble some. The parking lot right in front of the entrance offers only limited parking space, most guests are directed to the underground parking garage. It was not a distant drive, but it does take some more time to park near the hotel elevators, as opposed to parking on-ground. Another thing is you can’t go directly from the garage to the lobby. A transfer is required on the ground floor. The lobby is on one of the highest floors, which is pretty common for Grand Hyatt. Not a bad idea to share the best view with every guest.

training of staff and housekeeping is not sufficient to provide the service standard of Grand Hyatt but the location and facilities are excellent

Everything about this luxury resort is worthy of 5-stars. It’s the best hotel to stay in and it’s literally attached to a massive mall. It had been more than what I’ve ever expected a hotel to be. Right away, I noticed how my room look ultra modern in design. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making my stay worth while. Even on the day of my arrival to Shenyang — I’ve had a warm welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Grand Hyatt.

Grand Hyatts in Asia are always a smart choice - the Grand Hyatt Shenyang is a beautiful hotel with an attentive, friendly staff that are almost always able to speak English.
