はじめてポーランド、クラクフにいきました。四つ星ということで探したのがこのホテルでした。部屋も清潔で、ひろくて、スタッフも親切で、朝食もうまかったです。一点だけ、冷蔵庫がまったく冷えなかったです。故障ですかね？しかし、それ以外は、ほんとうにすばらしいホテルでした。クラクフにまた必ず行くので、そのときも、このホテルに泊まりたいです。そのときもどうぞよろしくお願いします。

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel location was good, 5 min walk to tram stop and 10 min to Market Square

Fint hotell med bra läge på lugn och tyst gata, sköna sängar, bra frukost och trevlig personal, fin bakgård att relaxa på, nära till stad och fina parker.

I loved this hotel from the moment I walked in. It also happened to be 2 blocks from where my friends live. But this hotel was quiet and everyone at the front desk was helpful for the questions I asked. If you want to be close to Old Town then this is the place to stay. Just walk out of the hotel and around the corner and you are there. Easy to get the train from the airport to the main station and then a lovely walk through the park of Old Town to the hotel (10-15 stroll). I have zero complaints about this hotel and will indeed be staying here on my next visit. Just an outstanding staff and room. Bed was comfy, bathroom was fine, shower got hot quick. I loved everything about this place.

We were really disappointed with this hotel. It markets itself as a boutique hotel, but apart from elements of decor there isn’t much boutique or special about it. Our rooms were dark and small (on the last floor with windows so high I could not see anything outside), everything was OK, but there were nonspecial touches anywhere. Just kind of basic. Breakfast buffet was disappointing too - no proper coffee, small selection of cold and hot food all packed in a crowded room. But nothing great either - no regional or healthy food, no specialties - just few ordinary bites so you don’t go out hungry. Staff was nice,

Bra hotell med sentral beliggenhet og en fin liten bakhage. Savnet tilbud på kjøp av forfriskninger og snacks, ellers god service og fin frokost. Kan anbefales.

Kanske inte riktigt som förväntat med tanke på 4 stjärnor, men helt ok hotell... Kändes lite som ett hotell från 1970talet... Fördelar: otroligt sköna sängar, sov som en prinsessa. Ligger väldigt centralt, nära till många restauranger mm. Nackdelar: kanske inte så lyxigt som förväntat, som sagt, lite gammeldags stil o känsla. En stor anledning till att vi valde detta hotell var alla fina ord om personalen,sånt är viktigt så det avgjorde valet. Detta var tyvärr inget vi upplevde på plats. De var absolut inte otrevliga,men långt ifrån serviceminded.. krånglig omständlig incheckning, inga leenden, frågar man ngt får man svar men inte det där lilla extra, ett litet leende eller känslan av att den här personen gillar sitt jobb...det fanns en AC på rummet men fick inte låna en fjärrkontroll (fast såg sen vid utcheckning när fick ställa in väskorna på kontoret en stor låda fullproppad med kontroller) när bad om det då vi upplevde att det var väldigt varmt på rummet. De sade vi kunde öppna fönstret, AC endast sommaren... Vi öppnade såklart fönstret men spärr gjorde att bara glipa,så hjälpte föga... Frukosten var ok, men inte mer..
