Helpful, friendly staff and manager, Manfred Stallmeyer, devoted to his beautiful hotel and it's running. Always a joy to stay here. Great location & wonderful restaurant on site. The location is superb, opposite the Albertina museum, a short walk from Staatsoper, Sacher... Theguesthouse Vienna really is 'home from home'

Great property and location. Staff was a joy and the restaurant downstairs was excellent. If we ever vacation in Vienna again, we would plan to stay there. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.

Breakfast was not included but they had a good coffee machine in the room and all mini bar items were free including snacks, non alcoholic, and alcoholic drinks and they were recharging them daily.

We loved everything about this hotel -from the check-in experience to the really great food in the restaurant. It was a wonderful place for breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. As tea drinkers, we very much appreciated that they would bring tea to your room as part of the experience. We also really appreciated that the beverages in the room were complementary. That was a very nice touch. Lastly, the location was wonderful! Highly recommend this property.

This hotel is in the perfect location! Right across street from Opera House and a short walk to Hofburg Palace, around the corner from Sacher Cafe and Mozart Cafe -- both outstanding-- close to public transport of all types. Great restaurant at hotel. Staff couldn't be friendlier. Can you tell we loved it??

숙소 위치가 정말 최고 입니다. 숙소를 나와서 주요 관광지 까지 도보로 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔체크인부터 체크아웃까지 부족한게 하나도 없었고 방에 있는 와인을 들고 식당에서 마실 수 있는 부분도 너무 좋았습니다. 룸 컨디션도 매우 좋습니다. 창틀에 앉을 수 있는 부분이 있어서 아이가 매우 좋아했습니다. 비엔나에서 원픽 호텔로 추천합니다.

Great property at an amazing location!

Beautifully designed hotel in the middle of everything we wanted to see. Very comfortable room. Good offering of very good food in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful with solving a problem that I was working on. Only two areas I would ask for improvements. One more towel hanging space and area to put my own toiletries. Second, this towels are a bit scratchy. I would stay there again in a moment.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and excellent service. Perfect central location

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is 5 min walk to many major attractions including the opera house. Mini bar is free👍.
