Staff, amenities, clean room, good location

Excelente hotel,limpio,el cuarto muy cómodo, el staff muy servicial y atento a cualquier necesidad. El desayuno en la terraza del hotel estuvo muy rico y variado.Lo recomiendo.

Na verdade, me hospedei efetivamente no Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendibiru por uma realocação realizada pelo próprio hotel devido à problemas operacionais. E que tenho a contribuir é: se está em dúvida entre este e o da Mendiburu, fique no Larco. A localização é muito melhor.o da Mendibiru

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Great breakfast in the morning and a large, clean room. We will definitely stay here again.

Komfortables Hotel an zentraler Lage. Gutes Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Am Freitag-Abend war die Musik und er Lärm aus dem Club von nebenan sehr präsent. Wir haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Clean room, friendly staff, wonderful breakfasts. The breakfasts—including wonderful kitchen staff—were a highlight for us. Having a good breakfast before we took off for the day really grounded us.

La ubicación es buena para hacer turismo ya que está cerca del mar.

The room key was broken. 1st night I had to self check in and took me 10 mins to open th door. Next morning I informed them and when I came back to hotel at 1 am - it was still broken and I could not get into my room till 3 am as they to call service to fix it. They promised to refund the 2nd night cost as a compensation verbally via Expedia but I have not seen anything yet. I don’t recommend it for solo travellers. I hav asthma and my meds were in the room which I could not access either.

Equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. Ótimo café, no dia que tem passeio bem cedo preparam um lanchinho, ótima conexão com a internet, excelente limpeza e quarto bem confortável. Recomendo a todos
