Lovely few days away in Whitby! The owners of Heathfield B&B, Linda & John, were very warm and welcoming and gave us lots of great advice on where to eat and places to visit. The room was very clean and homely. Good breakfast and selection. Great to have free available parking. Well located to access Whitby town and all the usual tourist spots (although a few hills to navigate!). Would definitely stay again!

Excellent B&B. Lovely breakfast, very friendly Landlady and her husband. The annex room was really unique having it’s integral dinning area. Very nice room, excellent shower and the bed was really comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

My wife and I stayed at the Heathfield for our 10th Annivsary. Linda and John are the loveliest couple, they were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made feel very welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the Annex and it was perfect. Very cosy, very clean & beautifully decorated. It’s private entrance was great for as smokers as we go in and out for a smoke without disturbing everyone else. We had a really lovely night there and would highly recommend the Heathfield to anyone wanting a nice quiet relaxed place to stay.

Warmly welcomed by the hostess, nice clean room small ensuite. Host and hostess were very informative and helpful when wanting information about the town.

Great value for money, quality owners very thoughtful and caring. Amazing food, would definitely recommend to anyone. Would stay again.

This B & B was a wonderful home from home. It was everything you could hope for in a B & B. It was clear that a lot of extra effort and care was taken by the owners of this facility. I am not easily pleased but I can say with confidence that these facilities were the very best. The rooms and dining room were homely, cosy, well kept, comfortable and very clean. There were lots of little extras and the facilities were well maintained. There was a wide range of food for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was tasty. Last but not least the experience was made even better by the genuine, helpful and friendly owners. I would not hesitate to recommend this B & B.

We had a very warm welcome, the room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. There was parking at the rear.

Stopped here for 4 nights last week and must say we had a wonderful time at Heathfield, the hosts Linda and John were really friendly, we had a laugh at breakfast time and the breakfast was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this B & B.

Very enjoyable visit to a picturesqe and well serviced town with a wealth of history and a fantastic b and b .

Wonderful, Linda and Colin have renewed our faith on good B and B's, wonderful small touches that makes all the difference, like the chocolates on the pillows, comfortable bed, good shower, fab breakfast and good proximity to the town ( just need oxygen on the way back up the hill).
