Great location with different dining options

Quick and easy checkin. Staff were lovely and helpful. Great little restaurant on the main floor.

Shuttle service was prompt and check in was very easy.

The hotel was convenient for my stopover on arriving at Kelowna airport later in the evening … lovely facility with well appointed rooms.

The room was very spacious, clean and very quiet. Hotel staff were very friendly. Restaurant food was amazing- we went to the mothers day buffet 💕

All staff whether they were at reception, housekeeping or in the dining areas....all were very kind and helpful. Came with an elderly relative and was given a great room that suited her needs and I was able to get a room next door. Wonderful stay !

Restaurant staff were amazing we booked in late and they made sure we had something to eat and drink.We did have to wait for a shuttle after calling twice about 25 min but other than that our stay was amazing.

It was a great hotel, food was great at the Gulf Streem.

While the hotel isn’t a five star, the experience was. Staff were helpful when we arrived a bit early with our baby in tow. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great for the hot weekend we enjoyed. Food at the cafe downstairs was great and staff were attentive to our dietary restrictions. Gluten free options VERY much appreciated. We would come back for sure. Thanks for a great stay.

Room was stocked well with all amenities. Very clean. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again. Happy happy customer.

No information in room with what hotel offered, where things were located eg. ice machine.It was my first time there, I wandered looking for an ice machine, sign on wall by laundry room said there was one on my floor, but none to be found. I have mobility issues..I did not enjoy wandering the halls. Just a general lay out of the building like ..pool area ,restaurant, ice machine etc, nothing in my room to physically written down to show me what was available and where. For this quality of hotel I'm disappointed, it really wouldn't take much effort to have something in each room. 😞
