Rooms are spacious and clean , there’s coffee machine and kettle . Many choices for tv station. Nice sauna and gym in the seventh floor. Very close to Tram (#18 to Train station) and Metro. Personnel were polite , night shift receptionist ( we left early) was a bit confused when we checked out , would have been nice to ask : how was your stay etc , but all forgiven , well done MAXX hotel we will stay again if we come to Vienna !

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und gutes Früststuck, allerdings für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich zumindest grundlegende Pflegeprodukte wie Zahnbürste erwartet.

Amazing nice hotel very good locations comfortable room

The Hotel is a train ride from downtown Vienna and the area is quiet. The train stop is quite close and easy to navigate.

Stayed with my family of four for three nights in early April as we were visiting the Easter markets in Vienna. When we checked in, there were some renovations taking place in the lobby, but they were cleared up by the next morning and everything was very clean. We patronized the restaurant for dinner one night and found it to be of great value and the food was very good. The room temperature was perfect and the heated floors in the bathroom were a nice surprise. Also, the tram stop was only about a five minute walk. I’d definitely recommend.

Ordentliches Hotel. Das Zimmer war größer als erwartet, da wir das Eckzimmer bekommen haben. Durch die schönen großen Glasfenster an der vielbefahrene Straße aber auch recht laut. Leider war es nicht gut gesaugt und etwas staubig, was aber behoben wurde nach Anmerkungen. Trotz Mängeln aber ein schöner Aufenthalt und solides Zimmer.

Das Zimmer war sauber.Ausstattung war gut, nur sollte bestimmte Stelle ausgebessert werden. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. Keine frische Luft, keine Fenster zu öffnen. Und die dusche /wc war durch eine Glastür vom Zimmer getrennt. Lichteinfall mitten in der Nacht wenn mann auf Klo muss. Das Gym war soweit gut, es fehlten nur bestimmte Schlaufen um bestimmte Übungen durchzuführen. Leider hatten wir eine Baustelle in der Lobby. Und den damit verbundenen Baulärm um 7:20 uhr .

Top Hotel, große Zimmer und sehr modern. Wir kommen wieder!

Gute Lage in der Nähe der U-Bahnstation, Sauberkeit des Zimmers in Ordnung, Reinigungsservice kontrollierte zum Beispiel nicht, ob Seife im Spender war.

Check In gut, Zimmer sauber, Betten gut, Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Lage zur Innenstadt gut.

Lovely hotel at convenient location close to metro and tram station. Good facilities. Only downside is that rooms can get very hot with limited to no air conditioning.
