Nice friendly staff, wonderful variation of breakfast, convenient location and clean quiet room.

Had a great stay

Very nice location right in the old town. Public parking at affordable rates available very close by. On the downside, the room was advertised as having air conditioning. It looks like it had in the past and that the thermostat controls had been removed.

Es war sehr schön in der Suite und im ganzen Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .

Stayed just for night on the way to Berlin. The hotel is right in the center of the city- we had issue finding a way to drive close to it, in the end we parked few minutes walk which was okay for us. Room was very nice, spacious and clean. Had everything one needed. We had an issue to get into the hotel as we arrived late- apparently there is no one in the hotel after 18 which is not mentioned anywhere. We did get a call from hotel around that time and they gave instructions on what to do- but the whole situation was strange. Breakfast was very very very good- all of high quality, good choice. All in all i can recommend it.

Although hidden at the square the hotel is a gem among hotels. Meissen is a film set for historical movies. If you find it hard to find a proper hotel in Dresden, I recommend Meissen at a half hour by train, especially if you like porcelain

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist wirklich Hervorragend und man kann zu Fuss alles erreichen. Danke für den guten Service bis hin zur Bedienung die sich sehr bemüht haben wenn man eine Frage hatte.

Leckeres Frühstück

Umbuchung ins Hotel Dorint aufgrund Doppelbelegung, daher bezieht sich auch die Bewertung auf das Hotel Dorint. Wurde alles sehr zuvorkommend und professionell abgewickelt. Sind sehr zufrieden.

Het betreft een mooi nostalgisch hotel. En daarom is er geen airco aanwezig. De kamer was benauwd warm toen wij aankwamen. (Het was de laatste dagen ontzettend warm geweest.) Bij navraag kregen we een ventilator en met de ramen open was het goed vol te houden. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was zeer goed verzorgd. Al met al een goed adres voor overnachtingen.

The hotel is perfectly located, we had lovely afternoon walking in the Old part of Meisses. The bed is comfortable. The only detail that can be easyly improve is to give a complimentary bottle of water in the room. There is nor coffee machine or kettle so at least a bottle of water would be welcome. There is a small city car parking near hotel.
