Diciamo che l'unica cosa che potrebbe essere "negativa" è il fatto che la struttura nel suo complesso sia un po' datata, ma la cosa viene abbondantemente superata da quello che in cambio restituisce agli utenti: pulizia, cortesia del personale, accoglienza eccezionale, cucina fantastica (per varietà e qualità di materie prime), ubicazione (lasci la macchina in garage e ti muovi a piedi perché hai tutto a due passi, compresa la Reggia). Le camere sono ampie e ben attrezzate, ma ritorno sulla cordialità e disponibilità di tutto il personale per cui ci siamo sentiti veramente "coccolati". Per me e mia moglie rimane un piacevolissimo ricordo e sicuramente ci torneremo insieme ai nostri figli. Bravi tutti e grazie per la bellissima esperienza.

This is an excellent hotel choice for a stay in Caserta. The staff was very attentive, the rooms were immaculate, and the restaurant food was first class.

Very good hotel. Good room good bed. Window opens. Flexible shower. Everything working properly.

Staff were lovely. Breakfaat offered a great variety. Pastries crispy and delicious. Easy walk to palace and train to naples. Rooms good size. Bathrooms lively. Skhowet great Pillows on thin side but loved our stay.

Great place to stay in Caserta. We stayed as a convenient for returning a car to the Naples airport without going into Naples and to see the Palace in Caserta. Hotel was overall excellent and included free underground parking, a terrific breakfast, beautiful pool, and also has a gourmet restaurant. The hotel is not right on the road, but down a driveway. Finding the entrance to the parking is a little tricky. I recommend calling the hotel for explicit directions.

Personale super gentile , camera ampia con tutti i servizi ! Colazione buona , posizione super. 5 minuti dal centro di Caserta a piedi e 10 minuti a piedi dalla reggia di Caserta.

L’emplacement un peu difficile à trouver mais par la suite, tout était très bien!!

The hotel is great from the outside. Once we got in our room, we discovered the bathroom window was broke off the hinge and we told front desk, but was not looked at. The bed frame was broke and half way fixed. There was a party Sunday, June 1st which we were told it would be over by midnight, but the music and noise didn’t stop until 2:30 or 3:00am. The dinner that we had on June 2nd was not good at all and seemed to be leftover from a different meal. The hotel staff ordered our taxi for us, but did not tell us that we had to pay euros, so we didn’t know that until we reached the airport. The driver was not happy and had to call his boss to see if they could take a credit card from us. I would not recommend this hotel if you want peace and quiet or decent food.
