We really liked the hotel. Room was nice and the level access was great. Lounge room for snacks and very good breakfast. Only minus is that there’s no good restaurant but nearby many places. Pool is also nice as it’s private for hotel guests, not part of the rooftop as in many Barcelona hotels.

Personnel extrêmement sympa Noa, Bruno et toute l’équipe de la réception ainsi que Maria du guest service ! En revanche l’état de cet hôtel 5 étoiles, des chambres, même si la vue est incroyable reste déplorable ( on a pris une suite vue mer) ! Il serait temps de donner un coup de frais au chambre et changer la moquette horriblement sale des chambres svp ! Merci par avance.

Equipe super gentil!

The room was nice and had a good view but The service wasn’t great. Left my room service tray outside my room and it took 2 days for anyone to collect it. The spa was utterly dreadful- the jacuzzi was cold and the entire place needed to be refurbished. I ended up giving up on it after 10 mins and they refused to reimburse me and told me I could come the next day instead (I decided not to). The reception staff were helpful and friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. I wish the check-in process had been smoother. However we did arrive early. Overall, we really liked the amenities.

Hotel moderno di 29 piani. Checkin abbastanza efficiente, ascensori faticosi in ore di punta (ce ne sono solo 4). Piscina carina con solarium al 6 piano. Al 25 open bar per i clienti 5 stelle. Colazione migliorabile. Marmellate industtiali e brutte a vedersi, manca un menu della colazione visto il livello dell'hotel. E' tutto a buffet e puii chiedere omelette o uova fritte in piu. Non provata la SPA che comunque non era inclusa con la camera.

Staff was very kind and helpful one of best staff I had have in any hotel, breakfast was good but facility overall is poor in term of room size, room design and the quality of materials in room. Rooms are small and not well designed . Bed was shaking I felt it would fall down.

Vi bodde på Level, Vi bestilte familie rom for 4 personer, én dobbelt seng og 2 enkle senger. Det fikk vi ikke, fikk to enkle senger og en sovesofa. Klaget på sengene, men fikk til svar " det er bare sånn det er". Hotellet var full booket.

Amazing service from all staff members. We had a pleasant experience at the hotel, from the spa to the restaurant, bar, and hotel room, everything was amazing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel in Barcelona, walking distance to the main city centre was also very helpful.
