เข้าพักที่นี่ทั้งหมด 4 คืน วันแรกไปถึงเร็วตั้งแต่ 11:00 ซึ่งเวลาเช็คอินคือ บ่าย 2 แต่พนักงานเปิดห้องให้เข้าพักได้ก่อนเลย คือประทับใจมากตั้งแต่มาถึง พนักงานดูแลดีทุกคน เป็นกันเอง ยิ้มเก่ง พูดเก่ง ทำความสะอาดห้องให้ทุกวัน ห้องใหม่มาก แอร์เย็นสุดๆ หลังวันฟูลมูน จะสามารถทานอาหารเช้าได้ถึง 11:30 คือใส่ใจสำหรับบางคนที่อาจตื่นไม่ทัน ประทับใจจนวันสุดท้ายเลย ไปเดือนกรกฎาคมตอนแรกคิดว่าจะฝนตกเยอะ แต่ช่วงที่ไปแทบไม่เจอฝน เที่ยวสนุก ลมเย็นสบาย

awesome location not far from Hard Rin with beach front swimming pool and bar. I don't like it, I love it :)

Perfect location. Ocean view room is worth the upgrade. Nice pool that overlooks the swimmable beach right out front, AC works great, good breakfast, not too noisy and a short walk to Haad Rin 👍

Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Personal ist eines der besten, die wir je erleben durften. Lage und Ausstattung top, super Pool, leckere Cocktails, super Essen, usw. Hier verbringen sie wirklich einen Urlaub, wie er im Buche steht. Absolute Empfehlung!

Such a great place to stay all the staff were so friendly

In base alle recensioni lette mi sembrava un albergo superlativo, ma semplicemente é per la nostra esperienza un bel albergo sulla spiaggia, con un prezzo per la zona neanche bassissimo. Positivo: Il personale é molto gentile, disponibile, la colazione ottima, tutto molto curato fuori e le stanze pulite. In spiaggia mancano un po’ di lettini per soddisfare le richieste di tutti, ma in un o l’altro modo fanno stare tutti. La spiaggia é carina, ma non balneabile, comunque invitante per fare delle passeggiate. Non avevamo capito bene che anche al di fuori delle feste FullMoon, la clientela é per lo più molto giovane che non é un male, solo che probabilmente le aspettative sono diverse. Negativo: La stanza Deluxe é più piccola da quando sembra sulle foto e molto buia. Nelle giornate di pioggia é ancora meno invitante. Manca il calore e per il prezzo e lo standard decisamente troppo essenziale, solo un mobiletto vicino al letto, armadio piccolissimo e neanche una Smart-TV che altrimenti abbiamo trovato ovunque anche in strutture meno care. Per chi é abituato ad alberghi di categoria quattro stelle in su, aspettatevi un bel albergo, ma non la cicca. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato in altre zone sull’isola avevamo trovato di meglio.

Amazing staff would come again

Amazing hotel! We had a room in the lush jungle. The pool and common areas were very pleasant and theres coral to snorkel around on the beach at the front. All the staff were very freindly and we reallt wnjoyed the iced matcha lattes at breakfast!

Amazing stau and experience. Lovely clean hotel and staff are all very friendly and helpful. We were even checked in early on day 1 which i am so greatful for! Thank you all :)

The rooms were nestled into beautiful foliage for privacy. The gardens as a whole were lovely and well tended. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant led directly onto the beach as did the infinity pool/pool bar. The beach was cleaned twice a day to remove leaves etc. - a lovely walk, peaceful, not too many people. The only downside for us was a lack of shade areas as we prefer not to sit out in direct sun. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our four week stay.

We found it very relaxing here. Food was great, staff were very nice. Pool was beautiful and relaxing.

The hotel has a lovely beach stuff very friendly and helpful the rooms are OK not to special ,showers can be way better the shower heads reminded me of a shower in a hostel not of a 4 star hotel.

The property location is perfect on the beach which is very clean. The sea is almost mirror flat and loverly to swim in. The hotel has a great vibe with adults only, no children ruining the pool environment. The staff are amazing and very helpful paying attention to your needs before you ask. The room was clean and easy to stay in with an amazing shower. (Very powerful). The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff were great at supporting us with gluten and dairy free food. Our view, best located hotel on the beach and the best place to stay.

Wir waren für 4 Nächte im Explorar und alles war perfekt! Toller Service - und der Strand ist auch toll :) sind super happy und würden wieder kommen!

We stayed for 3 nights prior to New Years Eve. Loved the beach front, great sun loungers, beanbags and cocktails for sunset. Rooms all terraced, terraces could be dark due to set back in gardens but rooms bright, clean, modern with huge bathrooms and great bed! Service charge (10%) and 7% tax added to all food/drink purchases which can add up! No advance notice of pool party days (luckily for us happened on last day but would be good to know when booking if that’s what you want to avoid or attend!). Great breakfast. 10 min walk to Haad Rin beach. Would recommend if you want adults only but pick timings carefully if you’re looking to avoid party atmosphere. Good beach vibe.
