The property is neat and tidy and well maintained. Just that the room service is a little slow. Otherwise it was excellent experience

Nisha t, Sukhpal and Banu were very helpful and courteous, we enjoyed staying there and would recommend it highly.

The main reason why I rated it five stars is the amazing quality and warmth of the employees.

5 star in every way. Spacious room, very comfortable rollaway beds for the kids, best breakfast buffet spread with every variety of foods imaginable. Attentive and efficient service across restaurant and reception. Kid friendly. Lovely pool. Chef at breakfast prepared a special takeaway package of food for us after learning we were about to embark on a long train journey. Beyond thoughtful.

5 star in every way. Incredible service and hospitality, spacious room, excellent buffet breakfast. Great location - walking distance to Lavelle road boutiques and short rikshaw ride to MG road / commercial street. A very special stay. Chef at breakfast specially prepared takeaway food for us and our kids after hearing that we were about to get on a long train ride. Exceptionally thoughtful.

Overall stay was fine and reception & restaurant/buffet staff were really nice. But there are better choices in this range. There were few things that could be improved: - The room was quite noisy even on the 11th floor. We could hear lot of out side noise/traffic even with balcony windows closed. - The staff outside the hotel lobby to receive guests were quite choosy when it comes to open doors in and out of the lobby and opening car doors. We didn’t get a good service at all - especially for guests coming in Uber. - The room had two entries to the bathroom and one of them was a weird double sliding door with lo lock. So, when you are in the bathroom, anyone outside of the bathroom can open these doors and see everything. Can’t believe the stupidity of not providing the locks.

I was impressed by the breakfast that vegans will appreciate. The entire hotel is artistic. The best in the world!

This was the best service experience I’ve ever had. The staff consistently went above and beyond, offering exceptional care and attentiveness. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist in every possible way. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying at this JW Marriott on our next visit.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and service, amazing buffet and restaurants, and located right next to UB City mall for shopping and more restaurant choices.

This is an amazing Hotel - perhaps the best of all I have stayed in all my world travels. The staff is beyond compliments - each one putting in so much by way of care and dedication. My daughter suffers from Celiac Disease and just one mention of that at the check in (reception) was met with every chef reaching out to ensure meals were prepared for her with the utmost concern and precautions. Chef Rama, Sunil, Gopal all deserve special mention here. The front desk is very responsive to every need. I an go on and on about the cleanliness, maintenance, fcomfort and other attributes that everyone mentions here - they are all impeccable! I will return here on my next visit to Bangalore. Keep up the good work, please!

Excellent stay! Our package came with daily breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this package as the food in their main restaurant is excellent. They had both Indian and non-Indian options, which was great. Our room came with a bath which was great, but it was not adequately cleaned upon our check in. When we notified the staff, it took some time for them to respond but eventually they did. Otherwise, cleanliness and service were excellent and quick.

This was my first stay here at the JW Marriott Bangalore near UB city. The hotel is very nice and I had a very enjoyable stay. Pros: Nice hotel, nice rooms - well appointed, very good breakfast, good service (room service was reasonably quick and efficient) Cons: The key cards and their readers in the lifts as well as on room doors have issues. Almost all the guests i interacted with in the lifts had the same issues. This definitely needs immediate attention. It is a source of unnecessary irritation and inconvenience. Overall no major issues and I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.
