The only disappointing thing was the pool and hot tub both were open yet the water was filthy- brown water with a green rim. Otherwise extremely clean and today. The young lady working the bar, was an absolute hard working individual and nothing was too much trouble. Very welcoming. Thank you

It was convenient to be able to have dinner at the pub which was within easy walking distance.

Good value for money

Excellent space for the price paid. Good size and location.

We enjoy staying here with the kids, staff are friendly, clean and the meals are good. My kids enjoy using the play equipment however it could probably do with a splash of paint and fixing the hole in the fencing but that certainly wont stop me from giving a top rating.

The property is good if you want an accommodation with pool and spa, plus entertainment for kids and accessible restaurant and bar. IGA is very accessible, too, if you want an easy emergency shopping for groceries. They serve good food at the bistro.

Quite dirty in our room. Spiderwebs and a lot of dust on the brick wall right beside the bunk beds. My son was sneezing all night from the dust. The window track in the bathroom was filthy. The cups and bowls and spoons provided for use did not look like they had been cleaned from previous guests in the room.

Was a good stay

Very enjoyable stay. Only trouble was no microwave bowls etc.

There was a horrible smell in the bathroom. I think it was coming from the drains. Didnt even have a shower it was that bad. Kept door closed except using toilet. Ps reception and bar staff were excellent

We enjoyed the stay and the fact that if you wanted to use public transport there was a bus stop outside the hotel.

The room was lovely. However, next time I would request a room without a connecting door to another room. The people on the other side were loud.

Lovely staff, nice food, beautiful room, nice, clean and cosy, location was perfect. Only thing needs improvement is the spa looked really dirty, was yellowish, so didn't feel like using it. Evn the pool looked really dirty, plenty of hair floating around, wud be gr8 if it's cleaned.

Very clean room. Great shower and water pressure. Well equipped kitchenette. Staff pleasant at check in and check out. Next to a supermarket but bistro meals are good value.

Receptionist is very welcoming! Very clean. However, the bed was extremely hard.

Always stay here with my grandchildren when we are in Launceston. The units are spacious & well equipped for cooking. There’s an IGA next door & several takeaway options within walking distance or there is an on-site bistro. Kids love the pool too.
