Liked the hospitality

Bad internet, bad food, and the place is a slum. This place is outdated and in need of updates. The AC does not work and the fridge was broken too. Thos was the worst and most expensive place we stayed in a month in Nepal.

We stayed here for about 3 days here before and after trekking at Annapurna. The staff is amazing. Firstly, the manager, Ramesh, he helped us to make a trek plan. He organized all things with reasonable prices include guide or porter, trekking permit. Tims, accommodation etc. Also, he helped us to hire a car with driver for half-day to tour round surrounding area. As such, we could tour Pokhara in a short time. The rooms were very clean with great attention to detail. All staff was very friendly and well mannered. I will no doubt to visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice experience to stay at Hotel Seven Star. The Room, Environment, Service were excellent. The Restaurant was too good, Breakfast and Nepalese Thali was exceptional. Most importantly Hotel staffs, Tour guides were excellent. I lost my wedding ring during the Elephant safari and found it on the next day with the help of the Hotel Manager, Tour guides and Transport Service. It was impossible to find it without their honest effort and help. I would always recommend hotel Seven Star to anyone heading for Chitwan.
