Já fiquei nesse hotel várias vezes. O problema dessa vez foi que o todo o andar que eu estava hospedado estava em reforma. O barulho, a sujeira e o cheiro de tinta foram muito desagradáveis.

Hospedagem limpa e organizada, só senti falta de uma tomada próxima da cama, no mais tudo ok!

Funcionários muito receptivos e atenciosos. Localização excelente e segura. A nota vai apenas para as instalações pois as tomadas não estavam funcionando. Tivemos que deixar os celulares carregando no banheiro. Café da manhã vale a pena!

Basic, no frills, bed for the night. Room was cold, thermostat didn’t work. Not feasible for a longer stay as there are no food or drink facilities in the hotel except a restaurant. The only drinking water is from a machine in the lobby, so even to get a simple cup of water one has to go to lobby. If one does book for longer and you like frequent tea or coffee like I do, take a travel hot water maker, a flask and a mug. No fridge in room to keep food, no glasses. I wouldn’t stay here again.

el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones. Se puede comer muy bien allí. La ubicación es de privilegio. La atención del personal es muy seca, distante. No me agradó. Me cobraron una cena que nunca hice... Les mostré el.google map para mostrar mi ubicación. Me dieron la razón, pero tuve que pagar una cena que no hice... No regresaré

Confortável, silencioso, bom café da manhã, equipe atenciosa, supermercado e metrô proximos. O restaurante do hotel é bom com preços normais da região. O shopping Mall Apumaque fica a 5 min e o Parque Arauco uns 15 min caminhando. Poucas opções de restaurantes perto e a recepção do hotel fica no lado oposto do endereço (fundos do hotel), assim quando tem um passeio marcado precisa aguardar na rua ou pedir que avisem quando o carro chegar.

El desayuno lo mismo todos los días. La cama suena demasiado

It was a great stay. The hotel is well located, it's clean (lobby, restaurant, bathrooms and the room). A/C worked fine. The room was a little tight but understandable for the rate. Staff was kind and helpfull. The bed was confortable Only negatives: the coffee was not good. tried all the different coffee based beverages at the restaurant but the quality and taste were not great. The wifi is also an issue, since it only gives you a 24 hour pass that requires that you sign in again after that period. If you don't remember to log in again every 24 hours you will lose connection. one tiny thing: There is a sign in the bathroom indicating to leave the towels in the floor if you want them washed. The sign has the word "COUNT" (the little details count) or something like that. However, the O in that word is styled so its longer and thiner. That causes an effect where the O in that word is kind of lost. And if you remove the O from the word count, it spells out a pretty strong word in english. Would be good to adjust the desing of the lettering on that sign.
