Clean room

Quick stay - in and out. Rooms were clean enough and quiet.

The hotel was clean but very dated. Staff was quick and polite at checkout. Soft comfy beds.

Clean room, small breakfast area

A basic hotel but exceptionally clean! Good breakfast.

Room was spacious and had all amenities as shown at booking. Was overall very quiet with little noise from other guests. Staff did not reply to email and not friendly in checking or any interactions. Room was not clean ( floors, bathroom nor beds) when requested. Only garbages emptied and towels replaced during a 5 night stay. Breakfast was as basic as possible.

Basic but clean accommodations at a great price. Free breakfast wasn’t advertised, but a basic breakfast (limited hot foods) was available and appreciated. Note: no coffee maker in the room.

Needed more tissue in the bathroom also more shampoo and hand soap

Staff are very polite.

Clean - no carpet in the room was nice, felt and smelled much cleaner than some other stays we’ve had elsewhere. Very basic amenities - but given the price, not bad at all. Only two pillows in the room and neither in great shape - should have thought to bring our own. Staff were friendly. Was quiet and felt safe the whole time. Would stay again.

Yes the room was not as i thought no coffee pot or arm chair as shown in the picture. The floor was peeling the tv was small no casting. The front desk clerk was not helpful when i asked if i may get a chair or coffee pot in my room he said no cant do it. Or ill have to charge you 100 $ The hotel was not even half full so there must have been available chairs. The beds were like a boxspring i had housekeeping bring me 2 quilts to put on the bed to lie on it. Im not reccomending this hotel ever

Clean

Upon first check in, our non-smoking room smelled faintly of smoke. We went back down and we easily moved to another room. He was efficient and accommodating.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Good sized bathroom. Parking lot has plug in for block heater cord. Would stay here again.

Clean. Nice staff.

We travel with our small dog and love that they are welcoming; however with the recent weather they used a ton of salt and my guess is it wasn’t paw friendly my dog could only take a couple steps. I notified the desk and they were responsive. A quick wash in our room and being carried over the salted area fixed the area

We initially were checked into a room that was not cleaned, beds unmade and bathroom was a mess. We were quickly checked into the room right next to it. Then we had someone enter our room at 4am. If it wasnt for the door latch, these people would have been able to walk right in. When we called the front desk to inform them of what just happened, we were told " i will try and make sure it doesnt happen again"! At check out the next morning we spoke to the manager and told him we were not impressed having someone enter our room at 4am. He proceeded to tell me he spoke with the front desk attendant and was told he didnt make a key for that room so there was no way that someone could open the door. No apology, no accountability at all for whst had happened. Clearly if no one made a key to allow these people into my room, Motel 6 Brandon has a major security issue in their system and anyone at anytime can walk into guests rooms. I would avoid staying at this hotel.

A chair to relax in in the room would be a great addition as opposed to the hard wooden dining room chair provided. Not everyone wants to sit on the bed.

Breakfast area was extremely cramped and crowded. Selection of food was poor. Shower curtain was falling off the wall, shower curtain looked very dirty and towels smelled musty. Would not stay here again.

We had a great clean pet friendly room.
