Awful experience staying here with family of four (2 young adult kids). The first thing we noticed walking in was the smell of mold and what smelled like feet. The smell got worse on our floor we stayed on 3rd floor. The smell was unbearable in our room. The carpeting was old and dingy throughout and bathroom was old and mouldy and overall uncomfortable with tiny bathing room and toilet - we are thin tall people and we struggled to fit! The worst however was the air conditioner unit that was blowing sideways out of a wall directly onto the our faces all night long. It was such a loud noise emanating out of the AC unit! It kept everyone up all night! My kids and I got a sore throat from the cold air blowing non stop at us. The other terrible thing was the light under the stove fan that was so bright forcing everyone to sleep with it all night long! Not that we could sleep. I have to say it was the worst hotel experience ever. The design of the hotel is incredibly poor too - they had all kinds of closet rooms in the room but the bathroom was tiny and the sink was out of the bathroom so you were forced to brush your teeth and gargle in front of your family! Awful stay will never recommend. Expensive and not worth it at all!!! You have been warned!

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Pool was ok (a little on the small side for busy kids). The one area that was really lacking was upkeep and cleanliness. The floor in the room was filthy, there were buggers on the wall in the bathroom, etc. We had stayed at the same banner hotel previously and were definitely expecting a fresher room than what we got.

The property was ok, the cleaners definitely need more supervision. Could be a great hotel if it was cleaned better. Morning breakfast was not up to typical Marriott standards.

The room was stinky, carpet in the hallway was not clean and smelly. The bed was not comfortable and noisy. Staff were ok.

I liked the room as its type was a suite. Staff offered breakfast bag as we needed to check out early morning before breakfast start. We liked their offer, thanks to them.

Well equipped and clean

The breakfest has eags and bacon and was good. The rooms were clean, not the best but OK, little more care could be used to clean shower floor.

Rooms looked a little tired and carpets in hallways need a good shampoo. Otherwise pool was lovely and breakfast options were great with lots of choice available. Enjoyed our stay for the most part.

Breakfast was adequate. There was a sign for vegetarian quiche, but they never refilled it after it was empty even though breakfast is till 10:30am. We were also charged an extra $8 on our booking, which showed up on my bank statement, which was paid on checkin.

I'm first time in a hotel with a stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, dishes, utensils, etc. Amenities are within walking distance and downtown is a very short drive. The hotel was clean and well kept. The air conditioner was a little loud but the window open kept the room cool. The staff were helpful and professional
