We picked the hotel because it was downtown and walkable, convenient for all the sites. It was expensive for that reason, but the quality didn't match the price. The shower made a choking noise, the air conditioner kept turning off and on as it searched the right temperature and made it hard to sleep (and turning it down so it would be consistent didn't help), and we ended up on a floor of rambunctious middle school kids who were incredibly loud and annoying. We could hear everything through the door. The price didn't match the experience. It was like paying a luxury price for a low rate experience. Oh, and they charged for parking and didn't give free breakfast. Talk about low of low.

One day room services was trying to get it done at about 6pm, next day, they never showed up even after me having called reception to let them know. Restaurant that they advertise to have as part of the hotel had closed access from inside the hotel and the. The terrace area was alaways closed and eas told was only used for events. Will never stay at Thai hotel if I ever return to this area. Not worth the mi ey. Hotel is on the older side and the only thing I did appreciate was the quitness.

This is a great place to stay. A little above our budget but we are so glad we made this choice. Parking in the lot next door that is run by the city. But it wasn't too expensive. We were able to walk all over the city without much effort. The Central Market is only a couple of blocks way.

This is a tired and dirty hotel. Would not recommend to family and friends. Although the bed was comfortable, the room was noisy. Walls seemed thin and could hear dogs barking a very loud traffic outside. Reported that our refrigerator was not working and was making noises. No maintenance available according to staff. The check in area was sticky and dirty. Floors throughout the hotel needed to be vacuumed and showed signs of wear.

We paid $14 a person for a breakfast buffet that was no better than most hotels' continental breakfast.

The hotel was nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The room was standard, but we found hairs stuck to the bathtub and wall in the bathroom. On the first day, I found a small cockroach behind the door—not sure where it came from. I didn’t report it since I checked the rest of the room and didn’t find more. The pool was clean and nice, just a bit cold. I found the breakfast a bit overpriced for the quality—everything was cold and there wasn’t much variety. I’d give it a 3 out of 5 mainly because of the cleanliness, but the young man at the front desk definitely deserves a 10/10.

The only real issue was the noise level. We happen to be there an event with tons of children. with parents who allow them to just run all over unsupervised running up and down the hallway. After hours and doors slamming. The hotel was nice and the employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great overnight stay, Mohamad, front desk manager was very helpful with help for our pet dog as well as suggestions for things to do. He always greeted us when we passed through the lobby. In and out parking was also appreciated as well as being able to park in garage after checking out. Would stay here again.

Right in the heart of Lancaster so very easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

I was very very unhappy with the lack of adequate accessories in the room. When I booked, I was not understanding that this room, explained to me by the hotel, as a ‘handicap’ room had no closet, to hang clothes, just two hooks on a wall. No iron/ironing board. So even if I was handicapped, I wouldn’t need to iron and hang my clothes? Discrimination! Shame! HOTEL.COM did not tell me that accessible means a room with no standard amenities! We were 3 ladies, there for the weekend to attend formal functions in the community. We had a lot of clothes to iron out, to hang!
