Staff was superb. The onsen amazing! Slept Like a baby

If you’re looking to experience a traditional Japanese stay, with a Ryokan feel this place has it. Amazing service and amenities, including the Yakutas in the room that I regret not buying. Clean and beautiful. The public onsen was lovely and quiet, there is also an option to book a private onsen slot for no extra fee. The island is amazing and the oysters (however you like them) are a must-try.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the view on the small sun porch. But by far the most amazing aspect of our visit was the dining option. We signed up for the breakfast and dinner, and they were five star restaurant worthy. An incredible delightful assortment of delicious dishes at every meal. Don’t miss it!

Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. The kaiseki meals were huge and tasty.

El cuarto es un cuarto japonés tradicional, duermes en el piso literal, al llegar no están las camas, pero en la noche ellos arreglan el cuarto y verás tu tatami, una cama en el suelo, el olor y todo el ambiente es vivir en un cuarto tradicional japonés, la experiencia es increíble.

El personal es sumamente amable, nos ayudó con recomendaciones! Es un lindo ryokan! Grande para los estándares de Japón, pero es un poco viejo y se nota. Además nos ofrecieron desayuno estilo japonés, pero no te explican cómo se come 😅

The place is very charming. The location is great for walking to town or going to other . The rooms are spacious. Most decor and furniture seems very dated. so for the price, we thought it was a little high. The Japanese style breakfast was delicious. We are also glad they offered coffee at the breakfast.

Super hôtel très agréable et confortable Bains chauds et chambre spacieuse et bien équipée Personnel à l’écoute Hôtel bien placé proche du front de mer Petits bémols : problème de réservation faite pour cinq personnes mais chambres disponibles seulement pour quatre selon l’hôtel donc obligé de payer en plus Et certaines choses prévues non disponibles comme le restaurant ou le sauna et pas de navette proposée vers le ferry dommage

The staff seem nice but basic expectations were not met. Did not pick-up us ubtik 30 minutes after we arrived although i informed many times. I had to contact expedia to get them to respond. Food and services at hotel were average and slightly below for Japan. The staff was quick to clean up while eating. They seem nervious and wanting people to leave. Limited support on how to prepare and put foos together. I am so disappointed by the experience. It was not worth all we paid
