Awesome n perfect. I did my birthday photo shoot there

It rained a little bit then the pool was closed for the rest of the night .Then went to try the indoor pool and it was freezing cold and upon entering the shower by the pool it was a big water bug on the floor

It was nice and clean.

We stayed for one night. Customer service and check in was amazing. It has everything you need and in a super convenient area. The rooftop bar was the perfect addition to the night.

The toilet leaked and we were only provided 2 towels with no bath mat. We didn't complain though so did not give them a chance to address which was our fault.

Its an okay hotel nothing to write home about

The property had missing wall outlets and the wall was unfinished around the shower head.

For the most part the hotel is nice. The main issue was that the front desk line was always busy and no one can help for towels or toilet paper. We had to get it from the Sheraton side downstairs.

Main thing was the shower head leaked and had a wash rag tied around it so water didn’t just pour all over you from the leak.

My stay was okay. The parking was easily accessible and check in went smoothly. However, the rooms could use remodeling and there was consistently a wait for the elevator, since one was down. I thought it was just me, but other guests were commenting on the elevators, as well.

Good afternoon I had an amazing stay with you all. I just wanted a day to celebrate me and my new promotion. When I arrived James was very professional and informative of the property. He was very welcoming every time i passed through. Dinner at the Sheraton was really good with the exception of the crab dip but that was not anything major the manager was nice enough to take it off my bill. Valeria I may be spelling her name wrong but she was my waitress who was also very nice and professional. Overall I had a great stay, I was able to eat dinner, swim a little and visit the roof top as my day away. The beds were nice and comfortable and the room was nice and clean. As a general manager in the hotel industry we know some people will take time out to do a bad review before they do a good review so i always feel like it’s important to give credit when do. I will definitely visit again when time allows me.

I recently stayed at Le Méridien Charlotte and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The hotel is seriously lacking when it comes to accessibility — no automatic doors anywhere on the property, making it difficult to manage luggage, and the only ramp available is steep and awkwardly placed next to a sitting area. I can’t imagine how frustrating this would be for someone using a mobility device. My room was dusty and poorly maintained — the base of the bed hadn’t been cleaned in what looked like ages. Lighting in the room was terrible, with very few mirrors and no proper lighting for getting ready unless relying on daylight. I was also never informed that breakfast was served at the Sheraton side, so I missed out on that for the four days I stayed. The pool area was constantly messy, with no towels available and trash left around. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming or helpful, which was surprising given my great experiences at other Le Méridien properties. Also, charging for BBQ sauce with a $15 side order of tater tots was ridiculous. This location isn’t very walkable to restaurants or stores, and constantly having to pull out your room key for elevator access felt excessive. I won’t be staying at this property again and hope management seriously reconsiders the accessibility and guest experience issues here.

Very clean and room was quiet. The pool was not nice. Very small and crowded.

Very clean, lots of great common areas to hang out with family ‘out of the room’.

Everything was great from check-in all the way till check-out!
