Close to Downtown and walking trails

Very helpful staff. Thanks to Amie at the front desk, she changed our room to face the water, and newly renovated Great long pool mixed w salt water, but need to get an access card everyday, room card doesn’t work there. No housekeeping, you have to take out the garbage and request towel refresh All in all a nice property, will come again.

Worst experience ever

Room was big and spacious. The furnitures were in poor condition. The love seat was very worn out. The long bench was also faded and dingy. The bed was terrible. The mattress is very bad condition, there's big dips on both sides of the bed. I slept on the foot side of the bed. The bed frame all around is falling apart. Rips in the head board and the frame is also ripping from the leather. All furnitures needs anything upgrade. Also TV needs more channels. Needs Netflix!!

We enjoyed the visit with our young grandchildren. We loved the pool and the dinner we had in the restaurant.very close to Blue Mountain as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our anniversary extra special from the reception to the spa to the restaurant. The bed was so comfortable! Would definitely return’

The property was in a nice location. It could use some updates. We had suite. It was very large and had everything we needed but the shower had some gross mold and we had no cleaning done during our three nights there. I’ve never been to a hotel where no one come in to at least clean your toilet and restock your supplies. I had to get some toilet paper off the cleaners cart that was in the hallway. Dinner was good but our server was meh. The She a was wonderful. We really enjoyed our couples massage and aqua pass.

We stayed at Living Water Resort for my daughter and husband’s birthday the weekend of May 23 and 24.We booked in through Expedia and it was easy checking in and out.We got the waterside view 5th floor exactly what we booked in through Expedia and same price as it was when we booked in.We were happy with our room,it’s newly renovated ,clean and we love the view from our room.We had a nice fine dining at the Griiled Seafood Restaurant as well,food and service were excellent including brunch.It was raining when we checked in but overall our weekend stay was amazing and had a great time.It was our first time there and definitely go back.

Our third stay here and we had a great time. Check in time now starts at 4 pm and check out at 11 am which gets really busy. Wish they’d let guests check in a bit earlier and check out at noon like they used to but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Room was advertised with waterview but after booking was confirmed a message was received that water view is not guaranteed. Room smelled of bleach. Bed was ok. Plenty of other choices around. Wasn’t worth it for me.

View was awesome. The location was good

The room is clean and comfortable. All the staffs are helpful.

Spa is amazing.

Had reserved the one bedroom waterview but took an upgrade for the waterfront.

Rooms are nice and beds are really comfortable.

The restaurant was not accommodating for room service on the Saturday night.

Outdoor hot tub and spa was good but it recommended to book the spa before you visit

My family and I stayed ant the two bedroom and we had an awesome time. My young sons enjoyed themselves and there was enough room and space for them to play. It was also 9 mins drive from blue mountain village so we were able to have the best of both worlds

The room was clean and staff very helpful. I loved having the kitchenette which was fully stocked dishes, a variety of drinking glasses, cutting board, knives, utensils, dish soap, dish towels, placemats and paper towels. I would definitely return.
