Best place to stay if you’re going to the o2, literally walk down a straight path and it’s less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of parking on site friendly staff and a really good full English breakfast, one of the best I’ve had

Fantastic stay. Loved the hotel and the pub downstairs. Only thing that let it down was the attentiveness of the staff. It felt like they were put out when doing their job. There were several occasions we had to find someone to serve us despite being in full view of the chatting staff. This is something that can definitely be improved and all in all we had a great stay.

Stayed in the cabin bed. However cleaning and banging till around 2am. Then again around 6am. Not ideal as the room is also subject to the exit door/night door and banging etc when people coming in with no sense of respect for others trying to get a rest. However it looks great and the pub/restaurant is great.

Lovely stay in a nice quiet area of London. The best part is the breakfast with an option to order off a hot food menu.

We booked to stay at The Pilot, due to its proximity to the O2, and we were not disappointed. Not only was it only about a 10 minute walk from the O2, and from the cable cars, but the place itself was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We had an evening meal before heading out, which was delicious, and well priced (we even got a 10% discount as we were staying there). Then, in the morning, unfortunately we had to leave early to get back to catch our trains home, so we couldn't sit down and enjoy breakfast, but the gentleman who checked us out showed us where the 'help yourself' buffet was and said we could take whatever we liked with us (the croissant I took/had on the train was a welcome snack whilst travelling home!). All the staff we met at The Pilot were lovely and very welcoming. There is some parking outside the hotel, but it is very limited and on a 'first come, first served' basis. This included a couple of disabled spaces, right outside the front door. We would highly recommend the place and will definitely being staying again. 10/10

Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables.

There full English was cooked lovely, no grease on the plate. The food was piping hot and the bacon was thick cut with a very slight smokiness to it. The eggs were poached, golden yolks and runny
