Air conditioner wasn’t working

Nous sommes arrivés et on nous a dit qu'il n'y avais plus de chambre disponible malgré que nous avions déjà réservés et payé. Apres un moment ils ont trouvé une chambre. Douche sale et mal insonorisé. Je n'ai presque pas dormi de la nuit Au matin, le temps du déjeuner, on nous apporte un menu mais lorsque quon mentionne que nous avions que l'on avais le déjeuner inclus avec la chambre ils nous apportent un second menu avec presque rien deands l'assiete. Nous sommes allés manger ailleurs en sortant. Honnetement ca ne vaut absolument pas le montant payé. J'ai vu mieux pour la moitié du prix

Clean rooms

I was refused to Check-in because I had a dog. And they still took my payment anyway. I asked for a refund and they told me no. Only certain rooms allow dogs. There was no option to book those rooms. I had no idea the room I booked was no pets allowed. I tried to explain this several times but they do not care, and will take payments anyway. The policy says no refund at 4:00pm. I booked my room at 7:15pm and checked in at 8:00pm, not knowing about the pet friendly rooms (because it doesn’t say!) If you plan to stay here with a pet, be 1000000% sure that room is pet friendly or they will take your money anyway and will not empathize. Better yet, stay somewhere else. The staff is not kind. Also… Merry Christmas

Yes room was clean and staff too

Gym was the worst hotel gym I have even seen. One functioning piece of cardio equipment, if you could call it that. A bike form the 90s. Treadmill would no turn in, unsafe spin bike, and a stepper that would randomly turn off while you where using it. The mirrors were cracked and broken. There as a spill of some sorts for 3 days under a mat. Old food in the garbages for days. No supplies to clean equipment after use. Every single morning there was no hot water in the shower.
