Hotel confortable mais situé dans un endroit pas agréable., reprendre la voiture pour trouver un restaurant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel étant fermé le week-end. ( non précisé sur le site )

The so-called airport shuttle involves the hotel giving you the phone number of a private taxi who you need to then arrange your own ride to for 45 euros each way for a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. So add 90 euros to your cost for their hotel shuttle. Also, their so-called 2-bedroom apartment is two regular rooms with a connecting door, not an actual 2-bedroom apartment. Basically another exaggeration. These were the two main reasons I booked this hotel and feel like I got tricked.

The gym and pools aren’t the hotel’s. There is a leisure centre across the parking lot from the hotel. You need to book, but even them, got turned away. Decent as 3 star hotel, but do not book for the amenities.

The reception service was good, but i almost got no breakfast and the staff was a bit rude there. Felt a bit unwelcomed after that.

Prima locatie, stille kamers. Centrum van Bergamo is makkelijk te bereiken per bus (200 meter van hotel).

Fint hotel med en god morgenmad, ca. 1,5 km fra bymidte som er lidt kedelig, god parkering under tag for 2 euro, her må der oplades gratis med mormorlader. Husk adapter til Italien med jord.

Ne vaut pas le prix payé

Muy mal que al hacer la reserva ponga que se paga al terminar la estancia y la recepcionista, al llegar, te ponga el datáfono en la cara para pagar antes de darte la llave. Además, de que sólo hablaba italiano e inglés, el inglés que hablaba, no sé le entendía nada. Tienen muy mala accesibilidad desde el parking gratuito al hotel, por una escalera de caracol, como para subir y bajar las maletas, y cuando le dices que te habrá la barrera del parking de pago, para descargar y cargar las maletas, te pone cara de vinagre... Desde el amanecer entraba demasiada luz por la ventana porque l cortina no oscurecía nada

The hotel offered what I needed. The breakfast was ok but it could of done to be topped up more often as quiet often there wasnt anything out.

Nice hotel, close to the airport (about 15 mins) which is what I needed

Tranne la moquette troppo macchiata e sporca tutto il resto è curato e pulito, camere silenziose

Le camere cominciano a mostrare il peso degli anni, avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione. Male il personale, quando entri nemmeno ti guarda ed è in parte impreparato
